I got what I paid for and it was on time.
All products shipped arrived, still one item that has not been shipped out of the same order. One item was missing pieces, but was quickly resolved. Would have like to talk to someone about my missing pieces instead of getting a busy signal when i called and having to handle the problem via email.
So far so good as the order was placed, very pleased when order received in two days. I was concerned when I saw that the a/c unit was dislodged from the pallet, and upon further inspection saw that the compressor in the unit was leaning about 10 degrees with one of three anchors broken loose. All else was fine and after a little adjustment and fixing anchor bolt it was ready to install. Unit performs excellent.

Gasket had part of adhesive exposed not sure it will stick... Over all not bad service! Delivery was a day late but I am sure it is a FedEx issue! Received all we ordered and will order in the future!

Good price and fast shipping
I ordered the Quadra Steps. These steps are about 100 pounds yet they were shipped in a flimsy cardboard box. The box did not contain any installation hardware or even any instructions. There appears to be no way to contact a live person by phone for customer service. I tried their Support Center ticket service. I completed filling in the complaint information and hit send. I was supposed to receive an email with a ticket number but I did not receive an email so I have to try again. Frustrated!
