I guess I misunderstood when I paid $25 for 3 day shipping, it meant 3 days after the item ships, not when you order it.

IT was quick in delivery
I ordered Brown and you sent me a black product this dose not match vary well and i'm not happy because your web site stated it was in stock. If this is the case how in the world did someone mistake black for brown? Wow if you have a brown one in stock please make it right?

Furnace was damaged inside of packaging- obviously due to vrough handly by the shipper (Fed X).
Took many pictures of packaging and furnace damage.

Very satisfied with the product I received.
The product I ordered had the exact same numbers on the capacitor. That is why I ordered it. You sent a replacement which I am sure will work, but it wasn't the one on the website that I thought I was ordering. You shouldn't represent something and then send something else and say this should work.
