Package was delivered and was so torn up that the wrench fell out of the package as I pulled it out of the mailbox. Everything was there, but I don't know how the box stayed together during shipment.

Order arrived within 5 days. Products were as ordered.

Trim kit was just the right size. No problem installing

Reasonably price and very easy to order. Received package but when open it the corner was dented, was able to re bend the aluminum corner but does not look right thankfully it does not show when cover is on.

I couldn't tell if the louvered grid was removable for cleaning when I ordered the hood and was disappointed to see that it isn't.
