Order and delivery was fast and easy. Product arrived with broken glass. In the process of getting a replacement.
Quick response to order and shipped promptly
Shipping was very expensive, and took way to long, and the fact that you don't want to talk to a customer on the phone does not send a very good message. 75% of what I buy is from online vendors. Most of the time shipping is free, and takes 5 days or less. I do not have amazon prime either.
