I ordered the product from this company because of your 2 day delivery offer. I paid the extra $39.00 for 2 day delivery and didn't receive my product for 4 business days after I ordered it. I was and am very upset over your false offer. I feel I should be refunded my shipping fee. I could have ordered this items directly from the manufacture if I wanted to wait 4 days for it, at a cheaper price. I guess I got screwed.

Our rear landing gear motor went, so typed in part number took me to 3 web sites... rv, camper world, and trailer one. I clicked on all and you guys had best reviews and was cheaper then camper world
I needed a replacement LP/CO detector, but also remembered the Smart Surge Protector that I'd seen in a recent email. While buying these 2 items, I recalled that the vent fan in our 2013 Evergreen didn't work very well and was rubbing the screen, so I also bought a replacement vent fan kit that had been given some good reviews in some RV forums. This website is fairly easy to navigate, selection is OK, the prices are fair, and previous buying experiences have been good.
Note: The Heng's Vortex vent kit apparently isn't a direct replacement for the make/model of bathroom vent fan that's in our travel trailer, but at least one person has indicated it will work fine with some minor fitting and extra time/effort to install. I've also ordered a miniature DC motor controller that will allow me to vary the fan speed (which is a common do-it-yourself mod for this particular Heng's unit by many RVers), so I'm hopeful that I'll be very happy with the upgraded vent fan unit when it's finished.
Product arrived on time, well packaged. Haven't opened the box yet to inspect the item.

Attempts to gain additional information from the chat link were disappointing. While courteous, Ryan was of no help answering a very simple question about the length of the gsni-2300-80 gas springs I ordered. I ended up opening another web page and researched your site to ultimately find the length myself.
