I purchased a new bulb for our tv, finding the part was very simple and the price was great. The shipment came on time and was boxed very well with alot of damage protection. Excellent service and support, very happy customer :)

My son and I were gaming the other night on my Toshiba DLP and the darn lamp had to go out. My son was so upset he actually spiked the controller and I had to replace the controller as well. But to get back to the TV I have gone through atleast 3 lamps in the past 5 years, when I bought this TV I did not really know anything about them I just wanted to buy the biggest one that was offered and this was it. I kind of regret buying this television because of all the issues between the lamp and ballast, some clause action lawsuits were taken against Toshiba by a bunch of customers which I was also unaware of and was not able to take advantage of until it was too late. At the end of the day I would not suggest any DLP TV but I paid so much when I bought it I am willing to replace the lamps a few more times. Advanced Lamps was who gave me the knowledge about the on going issues with these TVs and there customer support was very good in getting me a quality lamp replacement for my model. I got an email confirming my order was placed correctly and also another email that night with a tracking number. They were excellent with updates and my lamp got here very fast.

The bulb in my projector recently blew out for the 2nd time this year, I was very upset to say the least. I was very unsatisfied with the bulbs I was buying, I felt like I was paying 150$ for junk. Advanced Lamps provided me with a great replacement lamp n housing for my projector that so far I have had no issues with. I am very happy about this and hope to avoid future junks selling companies in the future, Advanced Lamps is a top notch company and I will only be getting my lamps from them.

I am a big Miami Heat fan and was crushed when my lamp went out in my living room television. I searched very quickly online and found this site, they had the replacement lamp I needed along with a few different shipping methods. It is now in my TV and I get to watch Lebron and the Heat win the finals, they showed fantastic customer service when I called in to order the lamp as well as provided me with a tracking number that night.

Let there be light! We needed this lamp for church service on Sunday and they managed to get this lamp to us right on time Friday, even with a quick backorder we recieved the lamp in perfect condition and is working great. We were a little worried at first but once the UPS man came to the door I just knew it was the replacement lamp.

I wasn't sure what lamp I needed for my TV so I called up Advanced Lamps. I talked to a guy named Greg and he was great! He knew a lot about lamps and while on the phone set my account up and placed the order for me. They also called me with the tracking update ( I don't have an email) later on in the day. You can tell that they really care about their customers and I will be buying from them again.

On top of the great price, Advanced Lamps also provided awesome customer service. Everyone I talked with was very helpful when I had any questions. Both over the phone and email when they were quick in getting me an answer, and followed up and make sure everything was alright. Great notification system for shipping with a tracking number, we will be buying from them again.

Seeing my Rangers make their way through the playoff for the first time in what seems like forever has been a dream. However, that dream almost became a nightmare when my beloved Sony DLP television went dead this morning. After some frantic internet searching, I found Advanced Lamps. They're lifesavers! This has been an amazing experience ordering from Advanced Lamps, I found the exact part I needed for $100 less than the retail price for my DLP lamp. The shipping was safe and insuredand my part arrived in perfect shape (boxed with peanuts)and on time. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. I researched quite a bit online to find the best value for my dollar and this company is where I found my self returning to everytime. Great online business to deal with.

I recently purchased a part from Advanced Lamps in April. I was completely satisfied with the website as well as the customer service and support. I was able to receive the lamp I ordered in just a couple of days. A few weeks went by and there was an issue with the television and I the TV was serviced. I came to find the lamp had blown, when I called Advanced Lamps I was transferred to the returns department. A nice gentlemen in the returns The explained the process of emailing an rma and it was simple and painless. These days you will find that companies can be impossible as far as warranties and replacements are concerned but my exchange was simple. I was sent an email while still speaking with the rep. I answered the questions and I was sent back instructions. I had my part within the next week. They have a great system for making sure you get your replacement in a timely manor. They really went the extra mile by upgrading my replacement shipping so my kids could watch the NBA playoffs and Yankee games.

Advanced Lamps had the exact lamp I needed to fix my sons TV, they also informed me that there are two different styles of lamp for the TV, an OEM and OEM equivlents. I was told there wasn't very much of a difference between the 2 when it comes to lamp life. The prices on their website were the lowest out there and the warranty is a half a year! I will definitely keep them bookmarked for future purchases.

I do alot of online shopping and have been for about 5 years now, I normally make sure the companies I deal with have good customer service and business ethics, that being said I have to say Advanced Lamps succeeded in both. They were very polite when I called to order a replacement part for my TV and they were very good with updates throughout a temporary backorder that occured with the part I ordered. They gained a repeat customer in myself and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Placed a call in to there customer service line to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my television and a very nice gentlemen created an account for me and proceeded to help me ensure I was getting the right thing. Excellent customer service is what I loved about ordering from them and I will not hesitate to order from them again.

My TV lamp went out in my Mitsubishi DLP a few weeks ago when I turned it on to watch some of my shows I had recorded. This was very aggrivating because I work all night and have to tape them all and then watch them in the morning, I began searching online for a replacement lamp and came across Advanced Lamps. Within 4 days I had a brand new lamp being installed in my TV that had been shipped from them with UPS and it works fantastic, we are out in the mid-west so I figured this lamp wouldn't arrive for atleast a week coming from a company based out of CT but it was only a matter of days. Very happy with this company/purchase.

While shopping online my husband tells me that he thinks that is it time to buy a new projector for our home theater, I ofcourse ask why since we just bought our last one in 08. He told me because the screen is starting to dim and he doesn't feel like paying for someone to come out to our house and take a look and give us a quote for repairs. Upon further investigation we found out that all we need to fix the dimness is replace the lamp inside, we came across many sites who sold the lamp but the prices were very, very high. Finally we came across Advanced Lamps who was selling the lamp for a much less price, I gave them a call to ask why their lamps were so much cheaper and I was informed it was because they have there own manufacture and the "AL" stands for Advanced Lamps. My husband said due to there 180 day warranty replacement warranty and 30 days for a return for a refund we should give them a try. The checkout process was fairly simple and took about 5 minutes, then within an hour my iphone got an email confirming our order followed by another email a few hours later with a tracking number. The lamp arrived within 3 days via ground shipping and was effortless to install. Long story short, our home theater is now back to 100% and the blu-rays and video games are looking better than ever and we will be making future purchases with this company.
