First projector bulb, was correct part. HOWEVER, it lasted less than 5 minutes. I have replaced this bulb, as others wear out. No Problem.
This one cracked across the face. Never had THAT happen. I immediately called them. Instructed to go to site, send email, wait for them to respond, send me a return label, etc.
NO HELP From their "Customer Service"! ALL "Do It Yourself". While I WAIT without my TV!
Ordered a replacement bulb for my projector. Their website redirects must be wrong as I was sent the wrong part. Their response to my currently-useless projector? "We'll send you a UPS label to ship it back to us." And no rushing of the correct bulb to me?
Error on their part + no effort whatsoever to fix the problem= this place sucks. Use anyone else.
