In two months, I've actually laid eyes (or more) on three women. There are a lot of scammers. They use stilted English, or their profile picture is 20 years younger than the stated age, or it's plug-and-play with the pic and profile, so you get something like a petite Asian whose body is described as "ample." Women of any race can be "Native American." One key is to treat contacts like feeling, sentient beings, and address something about them that isn't blatant. Write well. Use humor. Have a head shot. It's a challenge to figure out the game, but more frustration than it's worth, I'm afraid.

(a working site, by the way) but I'm still struggling to stop AFF from billing me. They say the auto pay box was checked which is not true. I'm always very aware about such things and security on the net. But AFF just do whatever they want with impunity. They get away with scamming people. Don't fall victim to their fraud. Be wary of AFF, they are money hungry rogues. They have lots of sneaky methods for getting your money without providing any service. One click pay and auto renewals are especially dangerous!

The biggest that it tells you is that it a hookup site and you will meet like minded people. For 1) I paid for the membership and posted pictures and stuff and sent messages…I got only a few messages back that said yeah we can hookup and we exchanged numbers and a hookup never happened2) the site looks old and outdated as crap like from MySpace back in the 90's early 2000's 3) a bunch of fake profiles and no responses 4) their management team or HR department doesn't respond back and just take your money 5) want you to post a questionnaire on your profile so other people can connect with you…like why do I even need that when no one is looking at my profile…Long story short don't waste your time with this try something like HINGE that worked out pretty well and by the way if I could give this site a review it wouldn't even be one star

You know how many times I have been asked for money transfer or gift card on AFF? 32 times in 3 months! Don't bother signing up for AFF if you don't want to expose yourself to all these scammers and their rip off attempts.

The bad, everything else. After paying for one month, which somehow they made three weeks, EVERY woman I have made contact with who answered back has somehow had a phone number from Miami! Even though their listing them as being in my area which is over 1000 miles from Miami. PLUS the phone numbers mostly seem to be associated with escort services. Fortunately I used a gift card to sign up so cancelling the membership will be easy.

The website use to be good now it has really go to $#*!. Customer service is beyond pathetic can never get a supervisor on the line.

Out if 65 contacts and conversations with the women on AFF 100% of them have asked me to either join a pay for chat or pay for verification or directed me to some other pay for site. I have come to the conclusion that not only does AFF know this but they actually condone this. Making AFF a scam site as well. Save your time effort and money. It's not worth any if it.

Too many fake multiple profiles. No way to filter out homosexual or tranny people from searches or from contacting you. Too any young women attempting to scam older men. The almost $28 for one month gets you access. Everything else is added purchase including allowing free members to contact you. Should that not be my option if I am paying for full access? By not allowing free members to access me, it denies my purchased full access!

The only thing AdultFriendFinder company is busy with is swindling people out of money. It's bait and switch. They entice you into purchasing their overpriced membership by sending you auto-generated messages. When you join AFF as a paying member nothing happens. It's not possible to meet any of these girls cause they have mostly fake profiles and catfishers – and that's why it doesn't work.

This dating site is designed to entice a wide range of people.
Some of the Profiles display photos of nice looking decent people who only desire a simple monogamous/marriage relationship.
The rest of the Profiles display photos of sex acts, sexual organs at full erection, or sexual organs spread wide open like a tunnel. These people supposedly want to $#*!/Suck. Photos & videos are displayed showing their prowess in all Sexual.
This is not for decent people or those w/ a weak heart.
Some Profiles are legitimate.
However, we found most Profiles to be a fraud.
We responded to Profiles from the entire spectrum & all we got back were were Scams, Con Jobs, Fraud, & Prostitutes.
People will con you to send them gas money before they meet you for a cup of Coffee.
They will scam you to send them money for an airplane ticket to fly across country to meet you. However, their Profile shows they live in the same city as you.
People will demand you send them $250 as a tribute before they make you their slave.
Some label their rate for sex as a consultation fee.
Do Not Waste Your Time!

Consistent with other reviews, it was OK years ago, but has now become a total scam. I rejoined Senior Sizzle which is a part of the AFF network of sites in May, and have had a couple of hundred "Views" from all these beautiful women in their 20's, 30's, and 40's (I'm in my late 60's). These fake profiles all have one photo of a beautiful woman of course and all sound similar - looking for love and their soul mate. Even had an out and out scammer flirt with me. She said she was a nurse working in Africa with children. She wanted my email, and we had a number of very romantic exchanges before I received an email saying she was sick and wanted to come home, and could I send money to her. I informed SeniorSizzle, but her gold profile is still up waiting to scam other men. Beware Guys - this site is one of the worst dating site Scams you will find anywhere!

This site is full of scams! First off, I've been out of the online dating scene for 10 years and man have things changed! It all started with trying to meet the so called women here. They would meet but had to buy these prepaid cards, scratch off the codes on the back, take a pic and send to them. Then they wouldn't show for the meet. What a scam! My fault for not checking that scam out. Got wise to that one real fast. Then, some more contacted me and started texting each other. I thought this is pretty cool! NOT. Long story short, during texting with these so called real women, t did research about on line dating scams. Should have done this first. And they all followed the warning signs to a tee. Guy's, please don't make the mistakes I did. Do your research. This site is full of scams! Flush it.

Paid messages several women and no one ever responds. This is the same with EVERY lying $#*! hookup site. That's three this year I'm convinced there aren't any REAL sites, just people who take you money so you can talk to bots…or yourself really

I was a member for less than 5 days before getting banned for life. I am a female and had pictures uploaded and streamed for about 10 hours. I clearly was not a fake. My profile pics and me streaming live showed that.
However after streaming I tried to log into my account and it said "invalid".
I had over 10,000 points I made from streaming. Of course AFF kept them to profit off of!
Then I get email saying "we got an abuse report and your banned for life"
I asked for details and got no response.
I did nothing wrong!
So beware AFF WILL ban your profile from the site for no reason.
Anyone can file a false report and AFF does not even look into it. Or maybe they just wanted to profit off the points, who really knows?
All I know is I did not abuse the site at all!
They lie and take the points!
AVOID THIS SHADY SITE!
