Im having a fairly mixed experience so far on AFF I must say. Yes - the site is sleek and sexy looking but im not getting enough responses or meeting up with enough hot ladies to really claim that my life has changed thanks to this site alone! I probably get a reply for every nine or ten messages I send but I guess the fact that there are so many women to message (not counting the occasional obvious fake) is a positive.
Overall though ive been using a multiple site tactic and that seems to be working pretty well. What I do is (a) create an account on four or five hook up sites (b) take a subscription on the best three in terms of amount of girls in my local area and ditch the other two sites in my case im using AFF, Hookuphangout.com and flirtydater.com (c) add at least four photos, none of my manhood but proper photos like me in my tux at my brothers wedding and that type of thing (gotta keep it classy, baby!) and then (d) add some description in the profile making myself out to be a strong, sensitive and witty type of fellow before (e) sending out as many intro messages and winks as possible. Finally, (f) I repeat this process for the other sites I joined.
I would recommend this as it means you usually have something to look forward at the weekend and if you find good sites with lots of members in your region then you take out the longer subscriptions that work out much cheaper per month and live happily ever after. Still not sure about this adult friend finder as its supposed to be the best for no strings casual meet ups but im not feeling it. My buddies have said I should join more than one site, like this one and hookuphangout for example. Ive not done that yet cos money is a bit tight guess it makes sense. Im not gonna be to harsh on the site as ive not tried combining it with another yet but I must say I expected at least one night of steamy sex by now! On pay day ill try doubling up but I that doesnt work ill be asking for my money back.

Years ago, the site was pretty decent but lately it has fallen apart. I've been both a paying member as well as a non paying member. It used to be that those who paid, could contact interesting people who didn't. No longer, so that means it just knocked out a huge number of potential hook-ups.
The cost has also gone way up so it's just not worth it. Many of the profiles are fake. When I was a paying member, I got one message every 4 or 5 months. When I dropped the paid account, I got one every few days. (and I could reply to them, "if I paid") What was once a cool site has turned into a scam.

After reading some of the reviews for AFF I had to add one, as I think they are a bit harsh. Sure, there are better sites (obviously HookupHangout.com or FlirtyDater.com springs to mind along with one or two others) but generally AFF is fine and no where near as bad as some are making out. If you want immediate results then thats what hookers are for. Try common sense and dont be scared of a bit of effort. Oh and patience is a virtue!

Id say this is one of the better sites for NSA action but man it does get freakin frustrating when you hit a dry patch! Its weird as sometimes you can chat with 3 or 4 chicks per week and be all ryan Reynolds aint got nuthin on me but then you can go a two weeks without even hearing from a girl and suddenly its what a douchebag I was about the ryan Reynolds thing. Not the biggest fan of AFF. There are better sites out there. Ive met more girls on hookuphangout in a month of adding it to my rotation than I have in over three months on AFF (although the first girl I hooked up with on AFF was BANGING!). I usually rotate my site use, for example one day on AFF firing out messages, next day im on hookuphangout.com searching and sending, and next im on a free site usually (just because money is tight at the moment) like POF or dare I say it, tinder. Using the rotation system usually works quite well for me and makes sure im giving each site plenty of attention, as you only have to find that one diamond in the rough every few days to end up getting your rocks off pretty regularly with chicks that aint looking for you to send them flowers or promise them a house with a white picket fence! 1. Join at least three of these sites (AFF, hookuphangout.com, flirtydater.com, etc, etc)
2. Spend time on your profile, its your shop window and if you dont care about it then why should the limited number of chicks available give a damn about you?
3. Go to TOWN! Send messages to girls like there is no tomorrow and you want your last day on this planet to be spent ball deep in some gorgeous chicks clunge.
4. Get rid of any subscriptions after a 2-3 months that arent working for you and switch to another site but remember if youre getting replies then be patient and dont cancel just because you havent had any catfights over you yet.
Thats the way I play and it works for me. But then im a studmuffin so maybe thats the real key to this stuff! Either way dont give up and be realistic!
