Well I received the order and bought some but returned others and u took money off the credit card I used for 146 dollars it was actually my daughter's card so it shouldn't of happened because I returned those items.
Shipping is super slow. The fact that the good shipping is only applicable when you are a current paying member is dumb. The member pricing is dumb.
No issues with the product but it was delayed multiple times and arrived almost 2 weeks late. Unfortunate because it was for a bridal shower gift.

Product is great. Everything always fits. Shipping is a little spotty, but always received product. Just might be late.
Lovely items. Fit better than anticipated. Bought extra sizes, but everything fits true to my size. Styles are gorgeous and I feel pretty on lingerie for the first time. Very satisfied.
I love the "Millie hipsters" but they've been out of stock for months and I came across these "Miley hipsters" which were spelled differently but looked pretty similar. For the most part they are, they fit the same, have the same lace trim and are soft. The big difference is that the "Millie" have the tag information printed on the underwear which was great. The "Miley" have two huge tags and the front one is so irritating I literally couldn't wear them. I spent over an hour with a seam ripper carefully removing them so I can at least wear them. I just hope they don't develop holes where the stitching was. PLEASE bring back the older style and ditch the tags.

I purchased this as a bridal shower gift. It is as soft and beautiful as I'd hoped and bride loved it!
I are not here to bash the quality of the clothing. We have been buying fur years, and without options to try things in there is a risk. Mostly I am very happy with the fit but recently I bought 2 sets and clearly one was made incorrectly. It wasn't close to being 36DD. I sent pictures to them of both bras side to side, everything to prove it's their mistake. However they will only replace it with the same thing. It won't fit, there's something wrong. They should have replaced it with anything we wanted since it's their fault but we got nothing and they lost another customer. It's sad that a multi million or billion dollar company needs my $50 that bad. What a pathetic business model. I will repost this everywhere. I also don't know why I have to sent my order number

Finally waited my 2+ weeks before they would do anything about my lost product. Mind you they lost it because it never even made it to the actual facility to make its way to me. Now that I have finally waited so long I was able to put in a request for new products. After waiting again over a month they wouldn't even put an expedited order in for the item that they lost. I have lost so much respect for this company. I will never be back

I would give this zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service.Horrible company! My item has been lost now for 2 weeks and they refuse to help for another 2 weeks because of their policy. It's clearly visible through all the trackings it's lost and no one will do anything until over a month after I order the item! I paid for priority shipping as well and still nothing! I will never EVER spend my money here and neither will anyone I know.
I ordered some things for my wife off this sight it's been over 3 weeks since my order and still haven't received it I called CS and they pretty much told me that I just needed to deal with the delay and if I wanted to cancel my order I needed to wait another 5-7 business days or be patient and then offered me a 5$ site credit I'll never buy from them again
The customer service representative was very rude and disrespectful as well

The customer service has been absolute trash lately. They give you a blanketed response and anytime there's an issue it's the EXACT SAME RESULT as any other time there's an issue. They clearly don't actually care or read your email. It's been almost an entire month and it's been nothing but excuses and they all say THE EXACT SAME THING. Nothing is fixed and my order placed with plenty of time to be delivered before Valentine's Day STILL HASNT EVEN SHIPPED! I'm absolutely furious and they literally do NOTHING. It's a $175 order and they just keep saying "due to a rise in orders" blah blah blah. Hmmm I've heard this exact response several times before.
The company used to be great but now the shipping is garbage, the customer service is awful, and the items have diminished significantly in quality. And now every comfy item (like joggers and pajamas) have a fee called "comfort lane." Pretty obnoxious to charge for the item as well as a fee. They're going to lose a lot of customers with this.
If I can give them a 0 I would! I placed an order on 2/4 and their website guaranteed delivery by 2/14. Today i received the 3rd email from them "apologizing"that the order hasn't even been processed yet let alone shipped, however, they definitely charged my account! I will never ever buy from them again.

This was the worst Valentine's Day possible thanks to Adore me. I ordered with plenty of time to receive my package before Valentine's Day. In fact I received a date no later than 2/11/25 and a UPS tracking number only to discover that my package is handed off to a shipper, then to UPS, then to my local post office. As of today my package is nowhere to be found, I opted for the full refund and awaited a manager to file a complaint with and was hung up on by Stephanie. This was the absolute worst experience with any retailer and I'll be letting anyone who will listen know the quality of service they'll receive.

I was frustrated when I learned, after updating my order, that when exchanging something from my box for a different size I'm unable to use my $20.00 member credit. Seems like a shady way to keep my money when I like something in my box but just need a smaller size. It was my first month/box so still figuring out sizing with this brand. Meanwhile, I get charged full price for the item, they won't cancel the order for me even though I reached out immediately after placing the order realizing the error in my receipt. It was a poor experience.

The site is easy to use. I am normally a medium. I have an athletic build. The body suits I had to size up. Underwear I sized down. Site is very easy to use. I like that you can return products. I haven't needed to yet tho. I have like everything I've bought.
My wife loves the quality, selection and fit of these products. Much better than popular competitor brands.

I absolutely love the leak-proof period panties. They are very comfortable and I also love that they are PFAS-free.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
