Really loved the items that I purchased and felt they were pretty true to size. So easy to have them shipped to my door, and the price is totally reasonable. Will buy more again soon!
I actually liked the lingerie I bought from them. My problem is with their business practices. It's not obvious when you're making a purchase, but they opt you into a "VIP membership," which continues to bill you about $40 every month, whether you make a purchase or not. There IS an option to pay as you go instead, but they put it in a grey box that the average buyer (who is not used to having to choose NOT to sign up for a subscription service) can easily overlook. I purchased a lingerie set and received it, but then realized a few days later that I'd accidentally opted myself into this VIP thing. They claim that you can "cancel at any time," but when I called they said I have to wait ten days before cancelling. Where is that in your terms and conditions, AdoreMe? I'm especially irritated because it seems like they only have one person answering their phones, and the wait takes a long time.
If they weren't being so sneaky about it, I would have probably been a repeat customer, because I liked the stuff and it shipped quickly. With these kinds of business practices, I do not think this company will be very successful. Most of the money they are making is probably from people who don't realize they've set up a recurring charge on their card. If you're not the kind of person who checks your statements very closely, I can see how this charge could go unnoticed. If you want to last, AdoreMe, make "pay as you go" the default option and allow customers to opt into the VIP service when they understand what they're signing up for. Otherwise you will ruin yourselves with a scammer reputation.

The Bathing Suit I ordered only came in one size for top and bottom so I was nervous the top was going to be too big but it fit great! The packaging was beautiful and it came so fast! Adore me is the biggest scam ever! And a joke of a business. I was looking for cheaper lingerie and I came across adore me. It looked really nice so I went and purchased my first set. BIGGEST MISTAKE. First of all, just by buying one item, they automatically subscribe you to their membership which takes out 39.95 out of your account every month even if you don't purchase anything! When you buy something the first time they don't make this clear at all, so I had no idea I was doing it. You can skip a month so it doesn't charge you, but that option again is very unclear and is easily missed. So their basically stealing your money. Anyway I call their horrible rude customer service after about 2 weeks of not recieving my product, and I tell them my situation and how my package hasn't moved in 2 weeks when I tracked it. They said give it a few more days and call back. I said okay, but canceled my membership. Hen they refused saying they would not be able to track it. That's was ridiculous but whatever. Still after another week I never received my package so I called again. At this point I demanded my membership be canceled, and refunded my money back. They refused to refunded my money and refused to send me another package, even though they can clearly see in the tracking information that it hasn't moved in weeks. So I ended up never getting my package or refunded after paying $30 to them. This website is seriously a scam. If I was shopping from Victoria's Secret or any other popular company, they would of refunded me or sent me a new package. They try to steal your money in any way possible that's not illegal. Also, credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th can be directly refunded up to 30 days past the date of the charge.
However, we do apologize for the dissatisfying customer service you received. We hold them to extremely high standards of performance and take complaints seriously. Being rude or unhelpful to a customer is entirely unacceptable, and we intend to investigate this case rigorously. Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
