The order process is easy and fast. Love the choice selection as well.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Had to wait on line for over 30 minutes twice. I was using my boyfriend's credit card and I accidentally signed for VIP Membership. When I found out, I had $160 credit. I called them and they wouldn't refund my money so I went ahead and purchased some sets. A month passed and I never received it, I called them and they said my order got lost. I ordered it again and it was again lost.
I work full-time and it is really frustrating to come home and call them and follow up on them. I asked them for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. It's pathetic and frustrating. I have called them over 10 times in the last two months.

I strongly do not recommend using this company. They charge your card automatically if you don't remember to skip a month. When you call them to skip three months, then call after the three months are over to delete your account they say " Well it's not till another a month." And they cant do anything! You can't even delete your account when you want to, thats just ridiculous. They have no manager that you could talk to. Their system is going to cause a lot of unhappy customers. On top of that their product really is not that great. Victoria's Secret is way better.

If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience.
Customers are free to cancel their membership at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. If you would like to cancel, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you the instructions on how to cancel your VIP membership.

Website made selection easy. Corset is beautiful and very well made. Description said correctly that size runs small and advised sizing up. Made it easy to determine what I needed to order. Price was great; comparable items in stores are much more expensive--if you can find them! My new favorite place to shop!
