Charged me forty bucks a month for a subscription that gives me nothing and they hope I don't notice. Also crap merchandise I sent back and they forgot to refund me. They were hoping to keep that money as well without me noticing. Do not order from these people

I love all of the items I have purchased the only thing that I dislike is that I'm a 36ddd and they have beautiful bras in the regular sizes but only certain ones in 36ddd I'd love the bright yellow n Lime greens I think they should make every bra in every size

Loved everything about this site when I found it. Quickly became a VIP member and have been since early this year. Packages have always been on time if not early. This experience has made me a VERY dissatisfied customer after customer service basically rushing me off the phone unwilling to help me. They claim that the package was transferred from UPS to USPS but there is no record of received package by USPS. When asked what to do, I was told that "if it is lost you can file a claim" So with that, I have sent 5 emails over the last week with absolutely NO response. Tried calling and was on hold for 30 minutes + with again, NO response. I understand there is a process, but actually knowing what that process is has been a nightmare. Trying to surprise my girlfriend was ruined when 11 days after ordering, still no word on its location on the 3-5 day shipping. 2 items as well, not refunded or replaced. Frustrated and feeling cheated.
