I have had only horrible experiences with this company. Their customer service (and I have talked to multiple people) is awful and rude and not helpful at all. They also require you to call their customer service, which takes at least 40mins on hold, to cancel your VIP bs membership. They're really just after your money and have no care for customer satisfaction.
Thank you so much! This is by far one of the best bras I've ever owned. The fit is perfect and so is the price. I've bought them from the fancy mall store for prices I'm embarrassed to even say that didn't fit as well. I will be telling all of my friends and family.

Their lingerie and bra and panty sets are such nice quality! I love all the fabrics and they all fit perfectly. Such beautiful detail and colors. I will be buying all of my undergarments from here from now on!
They will NOT cancel a VIP membership. Customer service wait times are excessive (15 minutes and up) and that's if you don't get sent to the full voicemail box.
Can't cancel online. The products are cheap cheap cheap scratchy material and uncomfortable.

I joined adore me in April... And well. I'm hooked! I've ordered 3 sets of bras and panties, 3 pairs of pajamas, and 4 sets of lingerie. All of it is made with the softest fabrics. Adore me's panties have the softest lace. The thongs blow VS outta the water. I have 3 items currently in my shopping cart :). ... So yea I'm addicted... But my hubby doesn't mind!

Though I had no issues while a customer, I decided to cancel my account because I received 13 emails from them in one day. Trying to cancel is where the nightmare started. I replied in the many emails that I wanted to cancel, but no response. I then read on their website that you had to "call". I then proceeded to call, only to be put on hold in excess of 20 minutes each time, and no one came to the line. The third time I sat on hold 47 minutes, and someone finally came the line, and began telling me all I was "losing" by canceling. When I reiterated yes, I wanted to cancel, the phone mysteriously hung up. I called back, this time recording it, waited 55 minutes, finally someone came on the line, gave them same what you are missing speech, and - imagine - the call mysteriously disconnected again! Stay away from this company at all costs! They will send you ridiculous amounts of email - communication to the excess - but when you want out, the communication will drop of total zero.

The arrival of any package is great - but especially lingerie! The package was neat, the product had a flaw though. The bra was great, the panties had a small hole/tear in the seam. I'm not one to waste my time sending back an inexpensive item. I will order again.

This site alone cannot be real- I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found out that they have hundreds of complaints like mine: the company will send you a cancellation confirmation, then you will find out months later that you "took a pay vacation" and have racked up $100s of dollars in cheap lingerie. At first, you may think you made the mistake, but when it happens one and then two more times, and you have screamed at their poor customer service workers and have definitely NOT agreed to charge anything or maintain any sort of relationship with this cretin of a company that basically ends up stalking you, your inbox and your credit card, you realize this is how they do business. It must be the only way they can make money off selling cheap lingerie. I wrote them many times saying I have the cancellation confirmation an that I never want to hear from th ever again, only to find they have yet again charged my credit card.
This is not a real business. It is a scam.
The Better Business Bureau contacted them twice to "resolve the dispute" and they never even replied- because they're so used to it.
Do NOT get involved with this shady company. My cancelled bank account keeps sending me correspondence to let me know they keep trying to charge me. It's been THREE YEARS.

We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience, however it appears there has been a misunderstanding.
We assure you that as soon as the membership is cancelled and you receive a confirmation, you do not need to skip the month and there are no more monthly charges. As you have not provided a valid order number or customer id, we are unfortunately unable to investigate whether there was a problem with your account.
Moreover, if the VIP members choose to go on Payment vacation, they do not need to visit the site and shop or skip each month for the duration of the vacation (3 months). They enjoy all the benefits, obligation-free, and receive an email notification towards the end of the vacation indicating their Payment Vacation is ending. Customers automatically rejoin the active membership after this period.
Moreover, all customers are free to cancel their membership online at any time (except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit) by accessing the online helpdesk, here: www.adoreme.com/helpdesk
In regards to store credit beyond 30 days, customers are given the option to send an email to our claims department at [email protected] and request a refund, explaining the case and why they were not able to place their request within our 30 day limit. We send a response within a maximum of 10 business days.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
