The product was way too small. They offered me a $10 off purchase as a VIP member, then did not honor it. Upon inquiry, they said I initiated a "chargeback" based on a fraudulent charge with my credit card, which I did not. I have not been notified by my bank of any fraudulent charges, nor have I noticed any fraudulent charges. Then I could NOT get through on the customer service line. I am very disappointed in many ways... Is this a REAL company?

Got excited at the idea of this, but AdoreMe is now on my NEVER EVER AGAIN list. Two main reasons:

1) Their items look cute, but they use crappy metals that corrode within 6 months (so you have nice green stains on the straps that touch the metal, etc.) You get what you pay for I guess, but bras should last longer than 6 months.

2) Their business model relies on this VIP membership, which is oddly hard to get out of. While this might be standard practice these days, the most aggravating part was that I had to fill out several survey questions (with brainwashing types of leading questions about my knowledge of their VIP program) and click at least 4 buttons to insist I really did want to leave the program. This process was likely designed by some jerks who think a good tactic is to question your customers' intelligence, fortitude, and self-awareness. Yay, just what women need more of!

They had already lost my business due to their product flaws and this deactivation process means they lost my respect for them as a company and particularly as a company selling products to a primarily female base as well.

I was skeptical about buying a bra online but I thought for 25 dollars including shipping, I couldn't go wrong. I loved how the bras & panties were PR sented. Was like getting a pretty present. I usually have a hard time with wires sticking me in the armpits or the sides digging into me, but I wore this bra all day without a single problem. I'm impressed!

This is my first experience with AdoreMe, and while I was initially so excited to have found this new lingerie service, I can now say that I'm anything but and am incredibly disappointed by how my case has been handled.

I ordered my first three sets on September 7th, and while I understand that it was during the Labor Day Weekend (the actual Monday holiday), what isn't understandable is that it is now September 15th, and I have yet to receive my purchases. When placing my order, I was told that my sets would arrive on the 16th at the latest, and now, upon attempting to track the very unhelpful provided tracking information, it says that my sets will arrive on the 19th, almost two weeks after having placed my order.

I find it unprofessional that AdoreMe would have claimed to have my products ready by a certain date, only to later find out how wildly unreliable and untrue that was. While I understand that the processing may take time, it seems outrageous that it has been over a week, and my purchases only just shipped. I placed my orders well in advance -- or so I thought -- of a rare visit from my long-distance boyfriend, and was hoping to be able to have my sets in time for this visit. It's apparent that my sets will not be in on time, and I'm incredibly disappointed and upset about it. I feel as though I have wasted my money, and I don't even have my purchases yet. I understand that processing and shipping take time, but given the fact that AdoreMe so frequently highlighted the alleged 3-5 days of shipping speed, it feels as though the company is merely lying about this in order to generate more traffic to their site, and revenue for their company.

I'm incredibly frustrated by my first experience, as I was genuinely excited to have found a new lingerie company outside of the scope of Victoria's Secret, and was considering ordering another set in the next few weeks. Now, however, I think I will take my business back to Victoria's Secret -- and advise others to do so as well.

I had purchased a lingerie set from Victoria's Secret but had to return it because the fit was all off, yet it was my size. I purchased an identical looking set from Adore Me and found the material to be so much nicer, the fit was great, and it was simply just put together so much better. The waist line had a nice flat hem instead of a sloppy scrunchy string like the VS one had. Even the lace appeared to be sewn on more neatly. Overall AdoreMe's was way nicer. As well as lower in price!
