I joined the VIP Club with the understanding the return of items would be simple. I returned my Sept. Order only to be notified the product returned was damaged and I would not receive credit. I called to ask what was 'damaged' since I returned the box within one day of receiving it- since upon trying the bra item on, I determined it was not a good fit.
I had to wait over 6 minutes to get to a customer agent - which is faster than my previous call in August, which was 15 minutes on hold.
I returned the articles in the box and packaging I received it in - only to learn from the customer service agent, that the bra has an odor to it and was not re-salable. She told me it could have been perfume. Well, to try a bra on to see if it fits, it has to be physically put on. Little did I know "perfume" is a non-returnable offense, therefore my return was denied and I am out $50.00!
I am discontinuing my VIP participation - that I have to "receive instructions on how to stop" - let's see how easy or complicated that will be! (Not published on their website.)
I guess I will go back to Nordstrom's to purchase lingerie. I know when I order products through the internet or try on in the store, they won't penalize me for wearing expensive perfume!
And ladies - let this be a lesson to you - don't wear perfume when you try on anything from "Adore Me." It will disqualify you from getting a return or exchange!

I have been a loyal VIP member for many years and have always been satisfied with my purchases. The best quality materials for the price. I will never shop anywhere else for my intimates. You'll buy these items just to make yourself feel sexier. There's also an abundant variety of plus size items. Much more of a plus size selection than any other larger and/or popular retailers that also sell undergarments, lingerie, loungewear, active wear and bathing suits. Plus size items available up to size 4X.

My fiance ordered something from this website during the most recent Valentine's day. Just one item. Then they offered her a VIP membership, making it look like you got a bunch of perks for free. WRONG. If you read the really fine print, they charge you $40 monthly, unless you go on their site and choose to "skip a month". What kind of option is that? It took so long to find a way to cancel this automatic robbery, and once we finally did THEY ACTUALLY MAKE YOU TAKE THREE QUIZZES TO CANCEL IT. We lost over 300 dollars through this thing, and there is NO WAY to get it back. The only "refund" option is for the most recent month you paid. This seriously has to be illegal.
