The bra and panty sets I purchased were absolutely beautiful. Love the fabric such good quality. I have compared lingerie from department stores, but Adore Me has much better prices! I won't be buying from department stores again.
I ordered a set, it never came. In fact on shipping info it said it was undeliverable to my address (same address I get all of my things delivered to, no problem) I called and get told to be patient, that they will issue a refund as soon as they get the package back. After a month of waiting for my refund i call and they tell me they still dont know where the package is so i am S. O. L until it comes. Also I couldnt unsubscride until i got my refund or i wouldnt get it so in the wait i was charged and $40! Rude customer service and just horrible ethics. They take advantage of ppl. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!

Automatic OPT IN on checkout of shopping cart for $39.95 PER MONTH FOREVER! A total SCAM. I look for these automatic opt ins as I have been hit with a magazine subscription like this before and I missed this until I saw it on my bank statement. THEN! They say they can ONLY refund 30 days of these charges. That IS A LIE. I lost it and they refunded $119 which was 3 months.
Nice products but TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. How much brand loyalty did you just burn STUPID PEOPLE at ADORE ME LINGERIE? WTF?

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. Please note that the enrollment in the VIP membership is not automatic. The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option). Members are never obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and choose to either shop or skip that month.
Moreover, customers can request a refund directly from their account within 30 days of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, customers need to email to our claims department at [email protected] explaining the case and why they were not able to request a refund within our 30 day limit.

Very beautiful and fits perfectly! Holds them up nicely and i dont bubble out. Highly recommend!
I loved the bra and panties. Wish there were more colors that came in my size though
I have purchased 6 sets of lingerie in the last month and love them. I am a plus sized girl and it is hard to find pretty lingerie in stores, so this site is great. I will say though that some of the panties run small, so that was kind of a bummer. But not enough of a reason for me to stop buying from the site. Think I'll go see what's new right now... Lol!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
