I bought two bras and have only worn one, in rotation with several other bras, over a month. The last time I wore it the wire popped. When I called the company I was told there is nothing they could do for me because I wore it and washed it. (It did not go in the dryer, which ruins bras). I wore it maybe 8 times and it is ruined. So much for customer service. They don't stand behind the quality of their bras. I get better customer service from Lane Bryant and their bras last forever. I am cancelling my subscription.

We are very sorry to hear that the underwire has popped out of your bra. The reason may be that your band size is probably too large. If your band is moving around your body, this friction wears down the casing covering your underwire and ultimately causes a hole for the wire to pop out. In a really bad fit, this hole can occur within a matter of hours.
Try a smaller band size and a larger cup size and see if your bra stays in place better.

Lovely shade of blue, good fit (might go for a 34 DD next time... just a hint too loose in the band) hard to adjust the straps due to only one central slider. Love the metal hardware so i can wear a front hook without it popping open on me at random.

My overall experience with AdoreMe has been great. Ordering was easy, it arrived at my door in less than a week. I was very happy with my purchase. The quality is as good if not better than other brands I have used and much more affordable. The material is durable and the bra is very supportive.
I will definitely use AdoreMe in the future for undergarments!
