I ordered two swimsuits during a 2 for $24.95 sale. By the time I received my package and tried both on the sale was over and I needed to exchange both for different sizes. I re-ordered in another size and was charged at a higher price and never received my money back from the original order, EVEN with the exchange voucher code I was given. On top of this, they charged me an additional $20.00 for "damages" and neglected to send me a picture of the evidence, which I had to request from customer service. In the end, they only refunded me $20.00 and I have now paid twice as much as what I was charged for my original order. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and will not be shopping at Adore Me again.

We looked into your order and noticed that you were trying to use both exchange vouchers in one single order. Unfortunately, our system can take only one code during an order, and you could have redeemed both your vouchers only if you would have placed two separate orders. This is what caused your order to cost $39.95 when it should have been completely free.
Rest assured that we can remedy this issue right away. We went ahead and issued a refund for the second item as well.

Regarding the damaged return, we apologize if the situation came out wrong.
It is not in our intention to suggest that you willingly and knowingly sent back a damaged item, nor that you have worn it. Even from trying on a set mishaps can happen due to the smallest of things, like the smell of a perfume or deodorant that leaves visible marks on the item.
In these cases our warehouse immediately rejects the return as the underwear can no longer be restocked. As you can understand no client would want to receive lingerie that is not in an impeccable state.
On the other hand we realize how these instances can be completely unintentional. This is why we offer refund to those who contact us and explain the situation.

The swimsuits fit so perfectly! They're amazing material and they have so much support. It is so hard to find matching sets that fit. I'm 5'5 135 lbs and 34 DD medium in bottoms and everything fit just perfectly and the straps go around me just right.

Adore Me items usually run true to size or somewhat close. The items are great quality at very reasonable prices. If you are not satisfied with the items received, free returns/exchanges with no questions asked. Definitely worth every penny spent! I am a lifetime member!

I would recommend Adore Me to everyone and there affordable for plus size woman. The only thing is the super nice ones i liked were out of stock... thats the only issue i had but hopefully they can restock faster for them items in the future... but the items i got i love them.

I order online all the time. Took them 4 days to process the order and its been two weeks and I still don't have it. Victoria secret, American eagle, even stuff from china ships faster. As far as the lingerie goes its ok its not the best quality. So unless its on sale not really worth it. And they completely false advertise with free returns they charge a restocking fee, charging a restocking fee is not free returns people. Free means it costs you nothing. $0. Not $5.95.
