I was skeptical about joining at first and never have bough lingerie in store let alone online. But the piece that I got was lovely! It fit me just right. Im small up top and also pretty tall and got a small and it fit me good. My boyfriend loved it. Ordered another one also. Havent tried the bras or anything else but I plan too! Shipping was fast and easy. Members get it free which I love. Also very easy to skip the months you dont want to pay. And if you forget then it goes to a credit which you can use later on so whats not to love?

Pay no attention to the "free shipping" because they don't ship. No confirmation email, no communication. The only reason I ordered from here was that I received a gift card. Placed an order on 12/29/17. I finally canceled the order on 1/14/18 because it had not shipped in the guaranteed time of 1-2 business days. I was told on several occasions they were switching warehouses and they were trying their hardest to get all the orders out ASAP. 4 days after I canceled I got an email stating every item I ordered had been sold out. After I canceled and waited a couple of weeks and tried again. Placed an order on 2/7/18. Been in contact with the company NUMEROUS times through email and phone. Was told they received way more orders in February than anticipated and are behind, Ok, I understand I can wait. I emailed or called them every few days trying to get an update on my order. Received and email today (3/6/18) that my order had been canceled and were issuing a full refund. They claim all the products (8 different bra and panty sets) had been sold out. I can't believe they can actually conduct business like this. Their sets are cute and really good pricing that that is why I was willing to give it time. I may try once more and if it doesn't work then I will have to go somewhere else.

I ordered from them last month and the 1 to 2 days they need is incorrect it's been that plus and plus so I contacted them to see if I could get an update yeah. That has been the biggest run around of my life. If i don't recive the product by the end of the week or a refund i will be contacting the attorney generals office in new york

Loved all 8 bras I've received, I did however have a couple issues with the panties. 2 were too small. I didn't want to return because you have to return the whole set and I know they were out of my size for a replacement. I wish we were able to return (unworn tagged? Panties to get a different size, without the bra. Other than that... LOVE my new bras. All 25 of my old ones are going in the trash!
