Not only did my valentines order never come. It took until i filed a complaint with the BB to get answers. Then 1 week later after i was FINALLY refunded they charged my account again for a membership i never signed up for.

I ordered a swim suit on Feb 28th. I still don't have it, and no one at the company can give me an update. They offered me a store credit, but if you never get a product, what's the point. I was very excited to try this company but I don't feel I will order again. They did not delay in taking my money. Buyer beware!

I placed my order on Feb 23rd and have tried to contact Adore Me via email, text, chat and phone, all to no avail. There was no response to the email, text or chat, and after calling three times, all to get connected to an automated recording saying, "No one is here to assist you," I am done with this company.
My friend works for them and after she had such high praise, I decided to give them a whirl, but this is just absurd. 5 to 7 days free delivery? Give me a break. It has been three weeks and it is still "processing" with no way to reach any customer service representative.
Should my items ever arrive, I will be sure to NEVER order from them EVER again.

I placed an order with this company on February 21st. When I ordered the website said orders would ship in 1-2 days and arrive in about a week. It is now March 9th (16 days later) and my order hasn't even been shipped. I contacted customer service on March 1st to see what was going on; on March 3rd I was told that there was a delay at the warehouse but that my order should ship within a day or so. I waited a few more days and contacted customer service again on March 6th, and then again on March 7th; both of these attempts to reach someone have gone unanswered. I will now be contacting my bank to dispute the credit card charge. Buyer beware with this website.
