Placed my order 2 months ago and still haven't received anything. I reached out to customer service and it took them at least 7 days or even more to reply me, giving me the same freaking excuses about relocating warehouses. I work for an e-commerce company and can give a fair opinion on AdoreMe's operations and customer service that they SUCK and should be out of business. Waiting to get my money back and I AM FOREVER DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was super happy with AdoreMe until March. I've ordered from them for several years. I have two orders now that are more than a month late and have had no response from customer service. These were not small orders. I just tried to contact AdoreMe via email and that link has been taken down. If I were you I'd stay far, far away from this company until they decide if they are still in business or not.

I ordered on March 3rd for lingerie for my wedding. They informed me after placing the order that shipping was delayed because of moving their distribution center. It is April 25th and the order hasn't been shipped yet. I called to cancel the order because it will not be here in 10 days for the intended purpose. They could not cancel an unshipped order and refund my money. Angel stated she "exhausted her abilities" and could offer a 50% refund because of the delay. Later she states that it is a store credit. I threw a fit about that and she states "oh you want it on your credit card" Yes I do. Then I get the email following the call that says it is a store credit. She said the only chance I have at getting a refund is to wait until it arrives (whenever that will be) and return it. Looking at other reviews that is a challenge and most likely a store credit refund! Cancelled my VIP membership today and will never return.
