This is by far the softest and most comfortable bra I've ever owned! And the color is so vibrant! I usually hate underwire bras but you don't even feel like you're wearing a bra at all. After a few sizing hiccups I finally found the perfect size for me, 40 DDD. I've never had a bra that fits me so well and is so comfy to wear. I highly recommend this bra. I paid for bathers through this website and I did not receive my product, even though when it says it has been shipped. When I tried getting into contact with them via the email, the website doesn't allow you to email a query and doesn't provide you an email address. When you call on the phone, it goes to an automated voice recording and it doesn't allow you to speak to anyone or leave a message.
Very upset that this company took my money, I haven't received any goods and there is no one to speak with to get a refund!
I feel cheated and want to let people know, do not BUY from this company. They will take your money and you will not receive anything.

I was nervous about sizing but it only took 1 returned order to figure out my perfect fit. After that 3 different bras later I can order any style and it is perfect. I am a D cup (according to VS a DDD) I could never find my size in anything cute and even the old lady styles fit weird. These actually lifted n separated my boobs without tons of padding I don't need. The material are soft and wider straps make it comfy. I'm finally excited about lingerie again!

I have been having two months of issues with this whole VIP box thing. The first issue I had was a box was never delivered to me and my card was charged almost $90, then took them over two weeks to issue me a refund. During that whole process I requested for my membership to be cancelled so I would not receive the boxes anymore, and I was assured it was cancelled and no further products would be sent to me. Then what do you know, the next month I get a box in the mail to which the same day I returned it with their shipping label and come 8 days later my account is charged $97. Over all my experience with adore me has been awful.

On March 28th, 2017, I placed an online order for apparel on AdoreMe's mobile app. The shipping estimate I was given at the time of purchase was 5-7 days. On April 2, I was contacted via email stating my order had been delayed, but did not provide an updated shipping date. As I experienced the same issue on a previous order, which took almost 4 weeks to ship, I did not want to wait that long and attempted to contact the company to cancel the order. Over the course of the next several days, I made repeated attempts to contact the company via telephone to cancel the order (having had no luck getting a response to my emails on the previous order referenced above). Each time I contacted the company, I waited on hold for approximately 10 minutes before being disconnected because the company was "unable to attend to me at this time." Finally, on April 20, I sent another email to *******@adoreme.com and received no response. I attempted additional phone contact on at least two other occasions, and followed up with a second email on April 23, to which I also received no response. On April 26, I was finally able to make phone contact, during which a representative told me the company was experiencing delays and no one would be able to tell me when I could expect my merchandise. I requested that my order be cancelled and was informed that there was no method to cancel my order, so I would have to wait for the merchandise to arrive. Despite my repeated requests to speak to a manager or supervisor, the agent would not transfer me to anyone else and ultimately disconnected our phone call. At this point, it has been 30 days and I have not received the merchandise, and the company has not offered any additional information as to when I can expect my merchandise or fulfilled my request to cancel the order.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
