I have been dumbfounded by home much I have liked adore me's styles and the fit has been great. It is a little frustrating that you have to exchange both peices in a set when only one is the wrong size, but it is a really easy process regardless.

I- like many people- was hesitant about trying out the Adore Me process- but I decided to go for it. I ordered a set- based on their sizing guidelines- and discovered it was to small (to be fair- it could have been due to me taking the measurements incorrectly). I went through there return process, which was surprisingly easy. There is an option to return a product- and you print out the new shipping address and attach it to the original box. They even gave me a voucher so I could order a replacement set before they processed the set I sent back. Super cool in my opinion. I received the new set- loved it. Great quality and fit. Then I get an email stating that I did not return the original set in its entirety (they said I only sent back the underwear and not the bra). I even double checked around the house- and there is no bra to be found. So they refused to give me a refund on my returned product, and when I tried to contact them to try and find out what happened I simply received an email stating "I hope you were happy with the outcome." When I responded asking what the outcome actually was I never heard back from them. At first I figured the incomplete return thing was a simple mistake- but paired with the lack of customer service it leads me to believe are not a reputable business. Very disappointing.
Our relationship started so well and has turned so sour. I brought AdoreMe into our household, thought they were the perfect alternative to Victoria's Secret, great price point and quality. I first bought for my future wife a few years ago and she liked them so much, she started her own account. Not to be dramatic but to give understanding to my complaint, tragedy then struck our family, we found out our infant had cancer (which is a tragedy in itself) and our family would be separated for an extended amount of time. So after 5 months apart and my birthday approaching, my wife decided to plan a night away from the hospital for her and me. In short, she planned some intimate time and bought special lingerie in weeks in advance of my birthday fully expecting AdoreMe to deliver in a timely manner. With my day fast approaching and no delivery, she contacted customer service to no avail. Second attempt got her a promise of a reply that never materialized. She eventually gave up and bought elsewhere. With the day over, she contacted AdoreMe again to see if her order was ever forthcoming, their reply was some garbage about changing warehouses and having delays. To make up for ruining a day that was to be a brief respite from our hospital life and time apart, their answer was to give a $10 credit, laughable. Appears to be just another company that has gotten too big to care about their loyal customer base.
This place is awful. Ordered 3 sets. They didnt fit so I returned them. Once I received them those didnt fit so I did the same thing returned them and got it for a 3rd time. Once I record it the 3rd time once again didnt fit so just returned it for a refund. Canceled my VIP. Got refund for the cancel and then got charged $40 for who knows what. Now they have received 2 of the 3 sets and got an email saying I was getting $0.00 refund back for one set like really. The other one I received and email saying it was defected so I was not getting my money back. So now I have called 5 times and was on hold 15 min to then the machine saying they couldnt take my call and to call back later and hung up. This is ridiculous. I totally dont recommend them at all.
If no stars were an option, I would select that. The first time I ordered from Adore Me, I had no problems. The second time I made a purchase, however, my lingerie never came. After a month, I contacted customer service and told them that my purchase never arrived. They responded and told me that they were going to send another order. Another month passes and nothing comes. The second time I complained, a customer sent me a code to redeem my order plus $20 store credit. I thought, Oh that's nice, and carried on with my life. Little did I know was that code put me on their VIP list in which they took $40 from me every month. I realized this (only one month passed) a AFTER I purchased a product with what I thought was entirely store credit. I sent an email inquiring about the subscription and they responded 3 days later after my product arrived. They just told me to unsubscribe if I didn't want to be a member anymore. I complained to the company stating that I was unknowingly put on their VIP subscription (by their customer service rep) and requested a refund back. Since the item I purchased exceeded the store credit amount, they wouldn't refund me. After a company took over two months to send me one order (they messed up twice) and placed me on a subscription without my permission, they're not going to just give me one pair of lousy lingerie? This company is horrible and steals money from their customers. Never buy from Adore Me.
I ordered several sets and returned all of them in February. I was suppose to receive a refund for the items but they tagged one set dirty but none of the items had been worn! I have called countless times and they didnt send me the item that they refused or processed my refund. It has been 3 months and I haven't received any response other than they escalated my case to upper management and still no money! I will never ever order anything from this company
I ordered a Bra and two pairs of underwear from Adoreme. I hate their cheesy commercials about how men love their women in Adoreme lingerie, and I have heard terrible things about them, but since they have my bra size I decided to give them a try.
They sent me a defective pair of underwear. A couple of weeks later they asked me to review the product. I gave an honest review about how the bra fit great as long as you stood up straight, but did not stay put as other reviewers have also said, and I said they sent me a pair of defective underwear. They literally had the nerve to email me this insulting email about their exchange policy, they told me not to worry about me not liking their defective product, because they appreciate all feedback (seriously, what idiot was given this job) and they went on to say the are sorry that the underwear "was not a good fit"... Really?! There was no apology for their poor quality control, no apology for actually sending me a defective product, instead they patronized me and told me not to worry that I gave them bad feedback on a defective product. Who thinks any defective underwear is a "good fit." I am sorry their quality standards are so poor. They would have preferred that I wasted about an hour of my time calling them and going to the post office to return it. I just signed up for their VIP program, but will likely cancel since their standards are so low.
Buyer beware. They only put glowing reviews on their site. Despite my review being either three or more stars, they did not publish it since I mentioned the defect... I can only imagine how many other people are asked to review their products, but their reviews are not published because they mention a defect.

I have made several comments with no reply asking why Adore Me has so few bras without underwire. Many of us fined bras with underwire uncomfortably to wear for any extended length of time. Fix that and Adore Me will always get 5 stars from me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
