Adore me is so easy to navigate and every style fits true to size! I'm a ddd and it's so difficult to find high quality bras that are both sexy and supportive. And everything I want is available in my size... very much unlike anywhere else where I would be restricted to "full coverage" bras or be spilling out. The price is unbeatable! The stylists pay attention to even the most specific of requests (ex I need a fully adjustable bra strap because I'm petite). Their undies fit nicely too although sometimes you need to shuffle sizes depending on the style

After ordering products from AdoreMe that did not fit, I sent them back and phoned to cancel my subscription. I was told over the phone that my subscription was canceled and I would no longer be charged. Well over a year later I noticed two charges on my credit card so called to find out what was going on. They informed me that canceling my subscription had "not been successful" and so I was charged. They would only refund the last two payments they put through but refused to refund a payment they put through a year ago (that I somehow missed on my statement, questioning what it was listed under now). When I complained and said that I had canceled she kept telling me that she was sorry but not to worry my credit would never expire. Apparently she didn't get the part that I don't want the product, I wanted my money back that they put through unauthorized by me. I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that managers do not take calls or field complaints... so, what exactly are they there to do? It is so unethical to charge someone's credit card after they have already unsubscribed and been told by the rep at the time that they were in fact, unsubscribed. Do not use this company.
I have loved each set I've purchased & exchanges are so simple/easy and fast. The skip a month is a great option to have. The only complaint is I wish I could order more matching panties for the bra's I've purchased.
