Bought these for my wife and she looked amazing. Sexy and comfortable.
Everything came as expected. I got a red satin two piece with bow on but and over breasts. But my breasts wouldn't stay because the satin is too slippery. I got the right size and everything.
My wife loved most of the pieces included in the box, some of the underwear were too big but the bras fit her perfect and she says they're the most comfortable she's worn in a while.
I ordered some pieces for Christmas. Everything came as described, was delivered in time, and fit well.
Lots of options and great reminders and quality was what I would expect. Accurate sizes and nice color options
For it being the first box it was okay, I was wrong on some sizes so a few things didn't fit how I liked but now that I know what sizes I need I think it will be a better experience.

Love the product but had trouble with my orders being shipped. This has happened with three separate orders.
I purchased this for a special occasion. I paid extra for expedited delivery which should have arrived 5 days before event. The item was not shipped until the day of my event so needless to say it didn't arrive in time. Adore Me refused to refund the extra money paid for expedited shipping and there response was basically "our website information is incorrect" when I pointed out the timeframes clearly listed on the website. Adore Me refused to accept responsibility for their false advertising.

My girlfriend put it on and I got hard so fast it only managed to stay on for a few minutes. GREAT product
I had so much fun going through r all the unique designs and patterns of all their products. I was highly satisfied with the speed at which they were delivered and everything is so affordable and sexy!
It was easy and quick to shop and delivery was quick.
Shopping on AdoreMe was a good experience. The site was easy to navigate and the pricing is really good for members.
Since this was my first order, I did not know if their brand's sizing was the same as my previous boutiques sizing so the bras arrived too small. Exchanging/ returning was easy and was also free, however for several exchanges I had to complete each exchange separately which was time consuming. It would be great if you could exchange multiple items on one transaction. I ordered 4 sets. After I exchanged them for the correct size, 2 sets were a good fit, 1 was still too small and the other just didn't fit nicely.
Overall, though I'm happy with the products.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
