Out of all my orders at least 3 were cancelled during sales, after purchase, that they couldnt be filled. And my size is almost always sold out. Also, the differences in the size is insane. A large pajama doesnt fit the same as another large pajama or will shrink immediately after just washing it. This is why I cancelled my subscription
Cute bra and panty set that I have seen on instagram for at least a year arrives quickly and looked just like the picture. The person it was intended for very much enjoyed "unwrapping his gift" 🎁

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
