I knew I liked their lingerie so I figured the bathing suits would be a great fit too and I was right! The top is super sexy with great coverage as well. The bottoms were a normal great fit. I loved the lime green/yellow color as well.
I ordered 2 times, and my items never arrived. When I complained, they asked me to open an investigation with USPS, and they said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I always buy online, and this is the first time I have issues.

One of my orders was lost in the mail. I called and they gave me a voucher to replace the items that were lost. I got a bathing suit and pajama set. The bathing suit fit perfectly and the pajamas were beautiful and comfortable.

I absolutely love my swimsuits! I rated only 4 stars because the top was too small, and the process of returning the whole suit would require me to change the bottoms I chose since they were now sold out. Otherwise, I am very pleased.

Customer service is terrible. The sizes differ wildly from set to set. Refunds are almost impossible to get. It took a month to receive my products. Another month to receive my refund. Customer service won't give any information. They block bad reviews on their website. Don't waste your money. Most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company.

I had a huge order (5 sets), 2-3 days after ordering I get a "delayed in processing" notification, 2 weeks go by and still same status. I emailed them asking what the deal was, the response I got back was that they were just busy and my order would be out ASAP. Another week or so goes by and the status wasn't changing so I once again messaged and got the same response. Another week goes by (it's been exactly a month by then) when I checked it and my order was CANCELLED, NOT BY ME! I HAD TO EMAIL THEM JUST FOR THEM TO SAY "We're sorry but the size you ordered wasn't in stock we will be refunding you." With a FIVE DOLLAR credit. Absolutely BS! They could've told me from the get go that they needed to cancel or it should've NEVER gave me the option to order if they didn't have my size!
A week or so later my fiancé decided he wanted to place another order for me because he knew I was mad, well what do we know not even 2 days later and it's "delayed." Another $200+ out the window because I'm sure it'll be months (if not cancelled by them) before I see my stuff.
I will NEVER order from them again nor suggest anyone else to.

My package was left outside of the hotel I live in. I put my room number down on the address so it could get delivered to me and not the hotel but thankfully the owner new us and got the package and held onto it till she seen us but if it wasnt for her then anyone could have taken my package!

I've ordered from adore me before and I had to come back around. The fabric is soft and thick. Gorgeous colors for every one of my moods.

This was a little hard to get on at first but the second time was easier. I ordered one a little to big in the top but will know for the next one. This one was beautiful on and my guy loved it.

I don't buy from here super often but I never have regretted it. This piece is perfect for anything. I can wear it out with clothing over it or just by itself at home. The fit from this shop is always perfect and I never have any issues with quick delivery.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
