I bought my Sony A9 at a better price than advertised by others and brought other lens as well. Now I just bought the second Tamaron lens. They inform you when they shipping and followup to ask if things went well. Will continue to use them in the future since I am very happy with their service

One question: I ordered the Canon M50 but no free accessories were shipped together. It was my first time order with Adorama, I might simply chose the wrong option ( no free accessories option) with the Same Price, not knowing that there were 2 choices: with or without the free accessories at the same price.
Delivery was delayed and confused by UPS because unit number was missing. Also still waiting for a corrected billing statement showing the appropriate charges

I bought a used 7D MKII and it came in decent shape except for the battery charger. One of the pins was bent and I had to bend it back with needle nose pliers. Still the best deal around though!
Overall really happy with what I got and the packaging was a 8 out of 10. Was going to spend almost $3k on a new camera setup. Adorama was a Canon authorized seller that had the best bundle for the same price as well as being able to use PayPal credit to purchase to help me pay off interest free within 6 months. Adorama says ships same day but that didn't happen with me. I patiently waited almost 48 hours of just seeing order haven't been processed. Finally called customer service and after being transferred to theee people and having to tell the same story all 3 times, authorization needed to verify my purchase and call me in my phone. Did that, order processed, shipped that day. Why did I have to call and verify my order? Was I even going to get my order if I didn't call and ask about it?
No complaints the camera is brilliant and came quickly and very well packaged We are delighted with Adriana and highly recommend.
The Adorama part of the transaction was great. The UPS delivery was not great. The package was left, without my signature, in a spot more than 100 yards, and out of sight from my entryway. Fortunately, I picked up the package before it was stolen. The lens was in perfect condition and is just what I ordered.
I bought the new EOS 90 D. I was delivered next day for free and it was perfect. It was packed correctly and it came at the time I was informed and I consider that it was a great service.

Adorama is a great place and team of people. I've been their customer for some time already and have always been treated very well and happy with yo purchases.
Everything went smooth. The ordering, the purchase, the quick delivery all went well. No problems encountered.
I received the wrong item and immediately called customer service. Even after I sent pictures, they continued to insist it was the correct item. They implied that I was lying (I have the e-mails to prove this). After I contacted my credit card company, they finally admitted that they item was incorrect and said I could return it. Too little, too late.
