I had been a loyal adidas customer from years. I ordered 2 pairs of adidas shoes and had to return them cause they didn't fit good. Adidas confirmed the reception of the shoes and informed me that they would refund however, almost a year now and multiple emails later, I still haven't received a legitimate response from their team, let alone the refund. This is extremely shameful from a reputable(not anymore) brand like adidas.
Amazing experience whenever I purchase from Adidas. Staff are always kind and friendly, greeting me when I enter the store and quick to ask me what I'm looking for. Products are also of good quality. I would definitely recommend buying from Adidas

I placed an order it never came the delivery company DHL delivered to the wrong address they left a picture and it shows that the address was wrong but adidas said I have to wait for them to see what DHL says. I still don't have my order and they said I can order and they're not able to give a refund until they wait for DHL complete theirs
My husband bought me a whole bunch of stuff from Addidas for Christmas. Unfortunately we work 7 days a week and I haven't had time to exchange a pair of sneakers and slides that did not fit. So for mother's day we decided to go to Addidas and exchange the items and buy more stuff. They told me because they are over 30 days they can't take them back! Not everyone has time. Im so upset, I asked the girl what am I suppose to do and she said give them as gifts! Not happy! Will not be back
Over the years I have noticed this ONCE great sport brand deteriorate into throw away rubbish! I have t-shirts from 2021 that are in great condition and the neckline hasn't ruffled! I bought one 6 months ago and it has holes in it and the neckline is ruffled to the max! Even their shorts are made from thin tissue paper with that annoying mesh undies inside! I'll never buy this cheap rotten brand again! U make me sick ya greedy swines!
My husband's adidas slides are getting old. They are a 13, I ordered some more same size. Well, you tell me... the one on the left is the new one and the one on the right is the old one... don't waste your time. Adidas went the way of everything else... in the toilet!
Finally won ability to buy a pair of Yeezys on the Adidas Confirmed app after numerous attempts. Adidas sent then to me via TForce Logistics who apparently lost or stole them. Adidas solution? Buyer beware. Read all the reviews and ordered my size. EQT Primegreen Spikeless golf shoes. Not true! They run small and narrow. Tried to exchange them for a larger size but I'm denied this option. Learned that you can't after 30 days. Bought in February and meant to exchange but forgot to. Now it's golf season and past 30 days and it's my tough luck. Customer service says sorry! $80 down the drain. Not asking for my money back... just an exchange. Last time I purchase from Adidas or one of their products!
I order from adidas and never received my Yeezys, I put in a claim with FedEx First then Adidas FedEx told me they see my package wasn't delivered but why i was on the phone with fedex they marked it delivered which it's hasn't been so I check my cameras and no one delivered my package so i called back and they keep telling me to call back now they denied my claim stating it's been marked delivered with no signature required so now Adidas's stating it nothing they can do. So i called my bank.
Tip for consumers: adidas's did not give me a refund and when i call i can't get in touch with no one they connect me but it hangs up
They can mark it delivered and take you package, long as it stated delivered fedex won't approve your claim!
Company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I returned a pair of shoes for an exchange and the women said it could take up to 21 days to "inspect" my brand new shoes and then 2 weeks to ship a new pair. This is after waiting 2 weeks for the first pair. I will never deal with this online store again. They should be ashamed of thier customer service.
I use to be a Nike fan but as time goes on I'm loving Adidas more and more. Any of their shoes with the Cloudfoam soles, I know I will love without even trying on. Adidas shoes fit consistently.
Their return policy is awful. I purchased a pair of running shoes and they refused to exchange the size for me. Trouble customer service. Will not order/buy from Adidas ever.
Recently bought a pair of Adidas forum low's, and they are one of the most comfortable and fitting pair of adidas sneakers I have ever bought. And I have bought plenty in my lifetime. Adidas has always been my favorite sneaker brand and after this recent purchase, it seems like they are only getting better and better.
I ordered a couple pairs of shorts through Adidas.com and a few days later received them as expected. I realized immediately after opening the packaging that one of the pairs still had a security device on it. When I called customer service to see about getting this resolved they told me I could either return the product or go to the nearest store (2 hours round trip to an outlet store). When I asked why they couldn't ship me a new pair with a return label and then let me return the pair they said they couldn't do that. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told that they had high volumes and they'd have someone call me back in 24-48 hours. No one ever did. I tried reaching out again with no luck. I ended up having to cut the device off after unsuccessfully trying other methods. Finally, a week after first reaching out to adidas they finally called me back. The manager said it wasn't their policy to do something like that and there wasn't anything they could do. So then I asked them if it was okay for Adidas to make a mistake and let the customers suffer they downplayed it. Totally on the wrong end of the spectrum as far as customer services goes than what I would expect out of Adidas.
This is a review of Adidas quality as a company. Purchased this shirt from Rebel Sport and on its 1st-2nd wash, the label had come off. I washed as per the instructions with cold-warm water, dried in the shade and not ironed. Quality should be much better for a $60 shirt manufactured in Asia when similar shirts can be bought for $5-10.
I like it very much. At the beginning I tried it with some doubts, because I don't like sports brands, my sister persuaded me to do that. If you has seen my face you would have laughed.
I purchuse mountain boots in November 2021 for a Christmas girft, it had the apartment number but the delivery person decided to leave it in the lobby, unfortunately some one took the boots. I called Addias customer service sucked I had to call my back to dispute it and from Dec 16 to know they haven't even responded to the back. I'm so aggravated. 217.00 I will never buy from them again they don't care about their customers

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
