I found AdaptiveMind very useful to make learning fun for my 5-year-old. He especially enjoyed the math and science lessons. The activities are fun and interactive, with engaging characters and videos. The animations and rewards system really keep kids motivated, while the structured lessons help manage and restrict screen time effectively. Overall, it's an excellent platform to support learning at home.
Google Search's experience includes training on a massive dataset of text and code, enabling it to process information, understand language, and generate human-like text in
My granddaughter and I just signed up for the app yesterday. She's six and eager to learn everything. The goal is to not let her be bored and to keep learning as much as she wants.
I like it because she's not spending her time just on her tablet but continuing to learn while she's in her tablet.
My 5 year old grandson got bored with the all the talking, cute as it was. He wanted more questions.
He is enjoying learning in the app! Content is great and keeps his interest. However, it is rather pricy and will probably and unfortunately discontinue after 1 month trial.
My three children argue over whose turn it is to learn. Excellent use of incentive based learning in a stimulating gaming environment.
Jour'Nei immediately gravitated to the lessons and wanted more and more. We had to make her put it away and absorb the information. She has never wanted to take the time to learn and grow. I'm so thankful to see my granddaughter wanting to use technololgy learning instead of aimlessly being online. Thank you, AdaptedMind!
So far, it's a cute app for learning. The only issue is staying connected to the server almost every question or every other question it says there was an error and we have to restart it other than that. It's great for my child.
I recently signed up for my son who needs a little extra help and he has been doing well with this program it's gives daily updates on the work that was done and adjusts to the child's weakness couldn't ask for better.
Adapted Mind is helping both of my children improve their core learning skills, such as math, reading, and critical thinking. They enjoy interactive lessons and educational games, which make learning engaging and fun while reinforcing their knowledge.
My son has been engaged and super excited! He's already looking forward to his next lesson. I must admit I love it so far!
My daughter just turned 8 and loves learning and reading and it's been hard to keep up with extra things to keep her busy and entertained. Her teacher suggested AdaptedMind but we couldn't afford the additional monthly fee. I am so thankful for the scholarship. She begs to use it every single day. The only downside I can see in the week or so we've been using it is that the stories; while interactive and fun may either be going too quickly or have too much information and when it's time to answer the questions she doesn't always recall it correctly. Maybe a pause and rewind function would be helpful for those that need to have parts repeat would be nice.
Both of my kids ask to play everyday. The lessons are fun, clear, and entertaining. Most importantly, the segments about challenging yourself and building your brain muscle are so well explained and received.
I can't tell from website what the pricing is. I've asked and have gotten no response.
Hi Judith! Sorry we missed your message and for the confusion on pricing. AdaptedMind starts at $9.95/month after a 30-day free trial (cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged). If you didn’t get our reply, please check spam or email [email protected] and we’ll respond right away. Happy to answer any other questions and help you get started!
I loved the interaction and excitement AdaptedMind gave my students. I had to use my "teacher laptops." My district did not permit AdaptedMind to download on the student's Chromebooks.
My grandson-age 6- has loved this app since we signed on. We were looking for an online app to read books, this has that and more! He really took to the super skills section that deals with interpersonal skills! We have really enjoyed this.
Two things: 1. I hate how the parent has to sit there with the kid to explain everything. That's fine if the kid is actively solving problems, but it made both of us watch lonnnnnnng 5-7 min video intros that you can't skip and even my son is asking me if this app has any actual math games in it. 2. In an attempt to avoid the video intros, I selected choose my own levels, picked "1st grade" and then it asked my son to complete ridiculous math problems like 547+898!
The placement test for Grade 2 requires all adding and subtracting to be done with money: dollars, quarters, nickels and dimes. For us in Europe this is utterly incomprehensible and even parents don't know what a dime is, let alone children.
Hi Barbara! We’re sorry for the confusion! U.S. Coin problems can be unclear outside the U.S., and that’s not the experience we want. Some placement items and lessons use U.S. currency, and we’re reviewing ways to make this more international-friendly. If you’d like help getting started or have questions about the skills behind those items, please email [email protected] and we’ll assist right away.
Adaptedmind is exactly what I have been looking for to supplement my kids education. Whether home schooling or in public of private school. Great adapting to the level of child, colorful and responsive to successes. Great Job Adaptedmind!
The first time my child used the site, just after signing up, everything worked. Since then, we have not been able to get into the site, nor have I received any 'forgot password' communications when asked for. We'll try again tomorrow, but if it doesn't work, I'm cancelling immediately.
Hi Savannah! We’re sorry you can’t get back in! That’s frustrating and not the experience we want. A few quick checks: look for the reset email in spam/junk, add [email protected] to your safe-sender list, and try resending the reset from the parent email used at signup. If you’re still blocked (or prefer to cancel), please email [email protected] with your account email and browser/device. We’ll help right away!
Answer: Hi Jolene! We're happy to help. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the platform you used to sign up (Google Play, Apple App Store, or our website). If you need direct help locating your account, please email us at [email protected] — we'll take care of it right away!
