I got banned for no reason at all. Never cheated, didn't even use voice chat and still got banned. Tried to get a hold of customer service which for all i know might not even excist? So now they have just taken 70-80 bucks from me without given me anything. Dont belive me? Google false bans mw2 and watch a vid on yt where there are many poeple this has happened to and they in the same boat. If i should give one single advice, bring someone u care for out to dinner instead, this is just not worth your hard earned money

I know that no one will care about this review but I want to write anyways. I'm done with any and all COD games. There are way to many cheaters and your Ricochet "Anti-Cheat" is a joke. If you're going to advertise Anti-Cheat, the PROVE IT!

Worst company EVER.

My blizzard account got hacked and someone got access on CoD and Warzone. I retrieved back my blizzard account only to find out i was perma banned. Tried to appeal but they didnt even bother trying to look for suspiscious activity. Lost a bunch of skins, spend money on that account and its all gone. Worst company i have every encountered. Making sure im not gonna purchage anything from them ever again. Think twice before you make a purchage, the game is full of cheaters which they dont care enough about because all they want is your hard earned money. Parasites that should be gone from the gaming community. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR GAMES AT ALL COST!

UPDATE
August 14, 2022

Activision recently made an update to modern warfare, since then the lag in the game has been horrific. The imaging is off with a lot of players, I can't even play one round of cyber attack without my body lagging or my bullets or even a grenade. This update just made it so I won't play call of duty again. Instead of shrinking servers and forcing people to buy the new call of duty how about keeping the older ones up to date and fun for the user? Each game should have its own server not 3-4 games on one. Ever since Activision bought the company every call of duty has been going downhill. They care about selling more games and in-game purchases, not making it enjoyable for the user.

These games $#*!ing suck now, was a huge call of duty fan now not all. Just played a game $#*! him point blank 3 times with an tot and three times got a hot marker. Lost out on a huge tournament pot. $#*! this game $#*! your activision you are all pieces of $#*! $#*!ing die!

I did nothing wrong and there is no way to speak to an actual person. I've submitted an appeal and got an email at 0500 that I was still banned. (Submitted the appeal at 0100 so I know an actual person did not review my account). I have never cheated on war zone ever! Will not let me re appeal. After years of playing and countless dollars I feel like this is grounds for a lawsuit.

Had my account changed over to user*******030 for an "offensive name" when asked how it was offensive, they replied with "the bot flagged it as offensive." Cool, everyone i asked said it was perfectly fine. Could you tell me how it is and ill change it. They replied again with "our team found it offensive, we're closing the case file now that everything is resolved"

Nothing was resolved, I'm stuck with a 6 month waiting period to change my name. That should never have been flagged in the first place. And i should have these name change tokens a plenty, oh they took those away from me too.

Long story short, if you email them hoping to get something resolved, you won't. They truly don't give a $#*! about you.

Impossible to Get Support

There is no customer service whatsoever from this company. There is no Ukrainian flag calling card despite there being a Russian and Soviet Union calling card. Their games are buggy, but the bugs are next to impossible to report because their website and customer service is so terrible. And now there is no death count in the scoreboard on multiplayer, which makes the games feel pointless. So frustrating.

This company does not care about their players and do not provide any customer service. They also STEAL their players money by wrongfully banning their players accounts. This is what has happened to me, they wrongfully banned me saying I was using "unauthorized software" and "manipulating game data" and none of this is true. I would let them have access to my PC if they wanted I've never cheated or used unlock tools in my life. I don't even know how but they do not care. They took my money that I spent on their games and skins/guns/bundles and not allowing me to have access to things that I paid for. They refuse to show proof of anything. They have no customer service whatsoever to discuss any kind of issues at all. All they provide for an ban appeal if it's denied is a very vague automated email. It's actually seriously messed up what they are doing, I've seen so many other people have the same issue. It's gonna end up being a class action lawsuit against them if they don't fix their mistakes. I have been messaging other players I see online who have the same issue and someone I know filed a complaint to the BBB and Activision responded saying that their teams are saying his account isn't banned but they will need his activision ID to confirm this since he showed them proof that his account is still indeed banned (he sent his activision ID in his first complaint so they have that info already). How can the consumer trust anything a company says or does when they can't even tell if an account is banned or not and take initiative to fix the issue? How can I trust that they even looked into my account ban since they clearly don't know what they're doing.

The game froze on me. I did not know what was going on. I was pressing buttons on my PS 4 controller and all of a sudden I bought the season 1 battle pass for vanguard. The problem is that I play Call Of Duty Cold War, every thing in the battle pass is for vanguard. I don't own vanguard. I contacted customer support and support basically said I was stuck with my purchase. Here's what they actually said:

I'm sorry to hear that there was an accidental purchase made on your account. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however, all in-game transactions are non-refundable...

Again, we're sorry for this inconvenience but thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.

Please let us know if you have clarifications with this. We want to make sure that there are no questions left unanswered before we end this thread.

This douchebag company had my listing…
This douchebag company had my listing removed from an online sale site, because I had the nerve to buy officially lice products from them in attempt to sell them second hand. They claimed I had no right to sell my legally purchased items on the second hand market because the license with the original company had expired. These are items that I purchased legally and they got paid for already but they wanted to throw their weight around because they're a big company and I'm a small person who can't do anything about it and this is the scummiest worst way for a company to treat their customers ever they need to pull their heads out of their butts and learn how the law actually works

Worthless Support Team

The worst experience I've had with customer service, hands down. I've had better assistance from scam call centers! If you experienced an issue with their most recent cyber attack and need your account recovered, you're out of luck. 28 emails later over a span of 3 weeks and they've kept me at square one. These guys literally have the lowest form of comprehension skills I've ever encountered in grown adults. It's like they're reading from a script that has no further dialogue. Waste of time and waste of money on their products.

Worst customer support I've ever experienced in my entire life. For me, my account was hacked into and their customer support didn't provide any help at all. In fact, they said my account was "lost" so now I lost hundreds of dollars, friends I made on their cross-platform system and a year of playing COD. I'll never buy or trust another Activision game again.

Why start an updated that's mandatory to be able to play the game at 8:30pm I'm extremely agitated, stop pushing updates for Cold War and warzone threw multi player if there's absolutely nothing you've changed on multiplayer in the last 6 months. Fix your $#*! pull it together.

Very disappointing.
I downloaded War Zone a week ago. Pack 1 DLC missing on campaign. Pac 2 missing on Multi-player. The game dont work, NO assistance from activision. I want my money back.
