I have been a loyal Call of Duty player for years, but Activision's support and ban system are terrible. After a normal Zombies match with friends on Black Ops 6 (PC via Xbox Game Pass), where we achieved a high score naturally using the Ice Staff on "The Tomb" map, my account was unfairly restricted and all my progress was wiped. I never cheated or broke any rules, yet Activision ignored my appeals and only sent generic automated replies. It feels like they don't care about players or false bans. Losing all my progress with no proper investigation is frustrating and unfair. Activision seriously needs to fix their review process and start treating honest players better.

Quiero hacer una denuncia así la empresa Activision. Llevo jugando Call of duty mobile desde que salió. He aguantado muchas cosas. Cómo por ejemplo lo que dicen acerca de sus ruletas que son libre de duplicados. Lo cual no es cierto, estafan a los usuarios con su publicidad engañosa. Está semana gasté dinero en una ruleta sin obtener lo que se promete. Aparte recargue mi cuenta para adquirir una arma mitica los Cps que compre nunca me fueron entregados. Aparte les hice el reclamo por medio de su app a, lo cual respondieron que ellos no eran responsables de ello.la verdad no es primera vez que Activision me estafa de esa manera...

Tired of being chat banned by big brother. I will not spent another dime with the cod franchise. Fuk Cod I'm done with their game. Everytime I got banned someone was saying some garbage to me. Really their A.I. Big brother needs work. Do they even monitor other languages? I've been called a Fag in Spanish. (Pinche hoto) I mean it doesn't seem right. I will not be buying their new games from now on. I've owned every one for 13 years. NO MORE!

Been playing call of duty since my highschool years and they just banned my account for some kind of manipulation of the game. However, I have not played all summer long and turns out my account was hacked. But activision rejected my appeal and will not unban my account. Inkeep replying to the emails explaining that I did not do anything and have not played COD for months and I am not tech savvy at all so I could not manipulate anything on a game. Activison support team is a joke. Their investigations are a joke. They should contact account holders to confirm these issues before banning their accounts. They just Lost my family and I as customers. I can't deal with incompetent people.

In warzone they have started a chat ban that you can no longer talk with your own friends in the game which is fine, but I was banned for 3 days which was a legit ban, they then banned me again for 14 days while I had everything set private and my mic was muted. Then I got a idotional 14 day ban while in Playstation partychat, they have been shadows banning people and qhen you go online you cannot fight it at all says your not banned, I spend alot of money on these games but I hope another co.pany puts a good game out this company is a disgraceful controlling communist $#*! hole

I cannot play Cod anymore because the battle.net program is crap and it doesn't work. And Activision won't help at all or give me a refund.

Be wary of purchasing COD. You will spend $70 plus in game purchases and when you stop buying things, they will ban you so that you have to buy the game again and purchase everything again and accuse you of cheating with absolutely no evidence or details. There is no way to contact them, you can appeal but it's pretty much useless. Play another game, this company is corrupt.

Do not buy anything from this Company. Spent 70$ for a game I cant play no more. My account got banned for hacking (but this is false).

My Activision account was hacked and I began to notice strange activity on my account. I quickly took action by changing my password and submitted a ticket with Activision. Activision makes it intentionally difficult to reach customer service and have not addressed my ticket days later. The unauthorized user was able to link a Steam account to my Activision without email verification - which overrides all basic security protocols. When I tried to disconnect this account, I was prevented by Activision stating restrictions on disconnecting. At this time, I already had submitted a ticket and was awaiting a response. The unauthorized user continued to use my account because changing your password does not disconnect linked accounts making me powerless to resecure my account.
The unauthorized user went on to do something that warranted a ban (all Activision would tell me is that it manipulated game data). I was hit with a ban and when I tried to appeal the ban, I received a response that stated the ban was permanent and irreversible because I am responsible for all actions taken on my account, regardless of who took those actions.
Activision showed gross negligence and incompetence in their ability to handle the situation and punished me for their security flaws.
I tried to talk to a real person, but Activision actively makes it difficult to contact them and has no way for you to directly reach anyone. This is borderline thievery and unethical practice.
This interaction has me, and my friends, swearing off all Activision games and affiliated games.

There is a reason everyone hates your company, if I could give you less than one star I would.

I loved playing DMZ until I realized that nothing I do in the game matters, it's a cycle of making it out and then dying in the first five minutes the next game due to one BS reason or another. Whenever you get to an exfil someone snipes you from across the map, camps at the exit, or blatantly hunts you down, seemingly only to ruin your day. I can play for a few hours while making absolutely no progress. No moderation on the game modes has turned it into a Hellscape and the "Anti-Cheating" software is a joke. Plagued by bugs, hackers, server disconnects, and overall a genuinely toxic gaming environment, this has been turned into one of the most brutally frustrating game experiences I have ever had. The only reason I tried to play DMZ for so long is because it is LITERALLY addicting, it might as well be called Slot Machine Simulator. It makes me so glad that I didn't waste my money on MW3, even on first glance it's all recycled assets, 3D printed guns? Boy. How creative. The only joy I find in this company is knowing how poorly reviewed MW3 is FOR A SECOND TIME. I won't be wasting my money on anything activision related again. I'm going to give my money to a company that actually puts some effort into their game.

What hot garbage this company and customer service is. Content people hate, 8 days to respond to tickets, if ever? And then it's bots which are not helpful whatsoever. WoW Blunderstorm explains itself why it's so bad and toxic. They ignore reports of toxic chat and bots, that's all ok with them. No wonder subscriptions are so low, they're doing it to themselves. Losers.

I just want to say $#*! you to activision. You will not get a penny more out of me and continuing forward i will do everything in me to promote not using this sorry $#*! game that i use to love. The cheating thats allowed to go on in this game has finally pushed me passed my limits. Your cheating restraints are BS why block accounts only for cheaters to come back rank level 1's to keep cheating? This game is to the point its not even playable. This is the only game i even play with that being said F*** this game and the developers that make the cheats and money on the side. We arent stupid this is only allowed because the same people who design the game also make the cheats. You take people hard earn money and you focus on stupid BS like chat bans but let people use walls, aim bot, hiding under the damn maps, hell ive even been shocked be electricity. I cant even have fun on the game anymore so F*** playing this BS. As son as X Defiant drops i will promote it until its no more breath in my lungs. Ive spent hundrends of dollars on this game over the years and the cheating gets worse

I don't know who the COMPLETE "simple jack" that thought cross play with PC was a good idea but I hope you go bankrupt! The majority of cheaters playing modern warfare today are PC users with wall hacks and aimbot. Your lack of doing anything about it has destroyed gaming for LEGIT players. Turn off cross play you say? Well then I can NEVER find a lobby. I shouldn't be putting 5-10 rounds into someone's back just to have them turn around and destroy all 3 plates and down me with 2-4 bullets just to see THEIR kill cam an they hit me with 10-15! FIX YOUR GARBAGE $#*! GAME!

Where to start the call of duty franchise has gone downhill they do nothing but nerf and nerf and nerf guns all the time it's straight sad uhh they won't fix the cheaters or hackers I tried doing a nuke and I couldn't even pick up the element so I missed this seasons nuke I mean so much more I could go on and on and on if you wanna make this right give me my nuke rewards my Activision is Gottem2000#******* and I have the clip of the glitch as well make this right I'm tired of this

Well, I'm feed up with COD updates. It's seems like there's an update every time your ready to play almost. Yesterday it got stuck in updating and now it's saying 215 gb before it's finished. I'll never buy another. I have just about all of the cods. Smdh

They are definitely not doing their job. Bad management, bad service, stay away. They can close your account without any explanation. Corruption is at the top

In the last 3 months I've missed 7 weeks out of a possible 12 in able to play call of duty MW3 & WZ due to 7 shadowbans. I manage to play between 1-5 days before it come back it's like a constant loop. Regardless on how many kills/Death/wins it happens again. Now I purchased the game but your restrictions are not allowing me to use my product. If I was cheating then id be permanently banned but I ain't. It's frustrating and it's ultimately led to me moving away from twitch streaming due to the circumstances regarding this. We don't get an explanation on why the shadowban happened (that's needed even if it's a bullet point system) like you was banned due to so many reports, suspicious background app, too many locations logged in, offences behaviour (text or voice) something but we don't get anything but wait until it's cleared until it happens again it's so so bad and i have stronger words than bad! From a multi billion dollar company it's such a mediocre system with the game falling sort on actually stopping the cheaters in warzone your punishing skilled and causal players. I've played call of duty for around 20 years now I've never seen it so poor! Next problem is the isn't a live or web chat just a ticket service that takes ages to get a reply and even then it's an absolute useless reply with no information. Like even set up a discord channel for a ticket service with web calls if it's not that hard the company is literally shocking
