I start my day with Morning Complete... It's all about balance and I have struggled to find this with my digestive system. Which was extremely frustrating as I am very educated about health and wellness... but still could not find my solution. I eat very healthy and supplement my body with vitamins and exercise yet still could not find the right balance for my microbiome. Resulting in inflammation, stomach upset and fatigue. With Morning Complete I saw almost immediately a change in all these factors. My energy was up, my stomach bloat had dissipated and my body inflammation was gone. I am so grateful to feel free from the heavy uncomfortableness that unbalanced digestion can cause... Morning Complete truly makes my day! I feel like me again!

I developed diverticulitis about a year ago. Pockets of gas trapped in my colon. It is crazy painful. I went to several doctors throughout the year, nothing was helping. I saw Maggie Q and watched her videos on Activatedyou and thought I'd give it a try. Nothing else was working. I'm now on my third can of Morning Complete. My pain is completely gone! I don't have embarrassing gas constantly throughout my day. I'm going to the bathroom every single day. My stomach is half the size it was two months ago. I feel 20lbs lighter. Somehow my gut was off track and now I feel I'm in control of my body again. Thank you so much!

I drink it first thing in the morning with about 12 oz of water. I stir it for about 30 seconds and then just drink it all. It has a pleasant apple cinnamon flavor. I've been drinking it every day for 3 months and my stomach has never been flatter, my weight is much more consistent and I poop like clockwork every morning. Sometimes again later in the day. My mood is quite stable and I feel generally happier and have more patience. I love it!

This product I thought was a little expensive but very well worth it! I wish I'd ordered one of the special. But I was afraid I wasn't going to like it and it wasn't going to work... I kid you not I look at some reviews on youtube and one was negative and the rest was positive, one being a young male that have his review about it and purchased it in a nice package. It does give you a little more than a thirty days supply. I started 9/7 and made one for the next two days 10/14

I had such a great experience. At first I was skeptical, I originally subscribed and was going all in but once I hit the buy button I had doubt's! I have had so many experiences with so many product's claiming to give you energy. And to be honest when I first got it... I felt nothing for the first week, then honey out of no where (!) the energy came and it was amazing! I stopped drinking all energy drink's and coffee's! I am amazed by this product and am now going to subscribe! Thank you so much for giving us a product that not only works, but is healthy for you too!

I came across Activated You after trying a number of different "metabolic booster" products as well as strategies like intermittent fasting to deal with persistent bloating, sluggishness and belly fat. Some of the other products I tried made things so much worse! I was gassy all the time, bloated after every meal, and would go for days without pooping, despite eating a ton of veggies and fiber. Activated You made a difference right away! Within the first couple of days I became regular again, and the afternoon gas and bloating was significantly reduced. I would say on average this is 80% better with Activated You. I feel slimmer, more hydrated, & more regular. I will continue to use Activated You!
