I have suffered with constipation, bloating and being irregular for so long. I've tried many different products, but this is the only one that seems to work and I feel so much better. This is my 4th bottle and I'm keeping my subscription. Absolutely cannot live without this stuff!

I have only been taking this for one month but I really like the energy and the good feeling it has given me. It did not help my digestive issues as much as I would like but I have some IBS issues so it might take a little longer. It's not delicious but it's drinkable really quickly. It's a little pricey so that's the only reason I took one star off.

This stuff gives great results, but it has a terrible taste. It helps to mix it with Apple cider. Or to make it into a smoothie with a banana. That seems to help a little.
My energy level is noticeably improved. In the advertising, I was impressed with how articulately and intelligently Maggie Q presented the product. (I am historically skeptical of celebrity touted products.). Is this product delicious? Heck no. But I put it in lemonade that I make with Stevia and typically drink it throughout the morning - have gotten used to the taste and kind of like it now! I've used it for about a month so far (I bought 3 containers of it) and will continue to keep an eye on the gut health/poop aspect of it, but honestly, the brain clarity and improved energy are worth it so far. I think the "ritual" of drinking it each day also contributes to making healthy choices throughout the day.
So far it is amazing, I feel like my body is starting to function again. Hashimoto's does a number on your digestive system. Hopefully this continues to work well.
