At first this was a horrible experience. But it was the persistently positive customer service that changed it all around. Not only was my order refunded after it was a month late and my package was lost, but they also sent my glasses which I absolutely love! I guess $#*! happens.

They have a clear return policy stated on their website but if you need to return your glasses they will redirect you to chat, then email and phone and drag their feet, all the while not accepting the return request.
