The company made a mistake, sent the shirt to the wrong address. Sure, mistakes happen. They at first apologized and said they would send a replacement. After several follow up emails, and company promises to send a replacement, I have now thrown in a towel and never expect to receive my shirt. Thankfully I paid with Amazon pay, and will now dispute this charge. There is either incredible deception or incredible incompetence happening behind the scenes.
I LOVED everything on this site and was fully prepared to get gear for everyone in the family. Unfortunately the first two shirts, both in size XS, I ordered were not as advertised. My Sunday Gunday shirt measured 5" smaller than advertised online. My AAF logo shirt was 1" smaller than advertised and had a maroon print, not red as shown. I took pictures and sent them to the company, hoping they would make it right. After a series of emails they basically said I was out of luck. I filed a dispute for the charge with Paypal. Once they received all the photos and emails, they determined I would receive a refund as the items were falsely advertised. The company then, after stating a return or exchange would not happen, sent me a message stating new items had shipped and wanted to confirm I got them. I took a screenshot of their message stating they would not return or exchange and sent it back to them to help jog their memory. I did not receive additional items and feel the representatives behind our exchange are dishonest and trying to pull some sort of scam. I love supporting businesses like this one... started small, American, and Veteran owned, but this exchnage has been a nightmare. I definitely do not recommend making a purchase from this business.

I found the website to be very user friendly. Shopping was easy and I found what I was looking for quickly. Shipping & delivery was prompt. My husband absolutely loves his shirt! Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely purchase again and would recommend to family & friends!
Not only was the product exactly like I wanted, but when I messed up my shipping address they helped me figure it out and when I didn't respond they kept trying to contact me to make sure I got my shirt!
I got the largest size and it came in the mail quickly. The color was just as I expected. Weathered like a dirty white to a tan. It is also soft and accents my basement. Zero complaints.
My husband loved the tshirt. I'm definitely ordering more. He said that AAF is his new place to shop!
