Had issues with delivery (all on my end. I suspect my post office lady works for ISIS) AAF had no problems keeping me updated on my packages. They were very helpful and sent me an entirely new package to get to me faster. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Great quality and comfortable. People stop and ask to read my shirt all the time and have even had people take pictures! I got stopped by a TSA agent to read my shirt! Love everything about it!
My order was shipped out rather quickly, received two of the shirts after only ordering and paying for one. I offered to mail the extra back at my expense but was offered to keep it as a gift. They have wide range of patriotic wear and I can't wait to get another order in.
Nothing bad to say. I love everything about this company and what it stands for. Products made in America and donations to help our vets who are in need. Imagine if every company in America would donate some of their profits to a charitable fund? Or if those people running the charitable foundations were not so greedy and didnt fill their pockets first? The country would be unstoppable as a whole. Thanks for everything you guys do. I have bought many shirts from you guys and even a yuge blanket too. Products as describes. Responsive customer service.

I ordered a couple of shirts from these guys. Both items were high quality and exactly as described. We ran into a small issue and I was very pleasantly surprised to see how they handled it. They were responsive and took amazing care of me as a customer. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again because of this. I think the true measure of a great business is not just how well they do things when everything is perfect, but how they handle any issues. These guys get 5 stars in both regards. Keep up the good work!

All around very happy. I'm always hesitant to order clothes online because you never know how they will fit. This shirt was high quality and the fit was right on. They were quick to respond to my questions and it shipped timely. Looking to order more shirts now
Similar to the other 1 star reviews, ordered a shirt, the size ran small, contacted them to exchange. They said I could order another for a discount, which I didnt want to end up paying nearly $40 for a t shirt, so I said I'll just return the shirt. They then tell me they are an 'on demand custom print shop' and dont do returns - its not like I uploaded my personal logo, its the same damn shirt everyone else can order. Pitiful.
Sent me an email for store credit. However, the store credit was for $50 and my order was $75. Still trying to get someone to respond to me, but they don't. Awful customer service and company. Do not do business with them.

*BEWARE* Ordered 3 shirts, only got 1. Charged me for 3. Said they would ship the other 2 and apologized, but I never received the other shirts. They were st. Pattys and was assured I would receive them before the holiday. I have yet to receive and and had to get mastercard involved in an attempt to get reimbursed since they have stopped responding to me via messenger.
Looks great. Not sure I got the right size, though because theres no tag. I ordered an XL for my husband and hes practically swimming in it. Other than that, the material is super soft and the graphics are spot on.
Got the shirt I ordered last week, fits perfectlly. I wore it this weekend for a party. Ordering again tomorrow!
My experience with this site has been tremendous. Although I messed up the order they helped me reorder another shirt and expressed it for me.

I want to say that AAF IS BAD $#*! SITE TO ORDER FROM !!!!! I Ordered five things from here and even tho. I got them after Christmas for Christmas gifts I should have order it sooner then later ! That's on me not them !! The sweatshirts I got was bad $#*! and for my family they all LOVE THEM !!! I leaving this review because I want too !!! not because they wanted me to ! Do not order from AAF Nation, it is nothing but headaches and you will receive the wrong product! Then they will say they will send you a new one, then never respond back to your emails.
I ordered a large, All my favorite things sweater from them mid November. They said it would ship until Nov. 22, no biggie, still a month away from Christmas and the parties I planned on wearing it to. I receive the sweater at the beginning of December, Perfect! Except for it's and XL and way too big on me.
I email them immediately, that same day, saying "Hey, I received the wrong size, it was supposed to be a large not an XL." they say no problem, we will get that swapped out for you. A couple weeks go by, I email them, Hey what's going on? Christmas is coming up, I need the sweater. They tell me it's in production and I will get it soon, thanks for your patience. Meanwhile I see on their website they are selling the SAME sweater in a LARGE for like $20 less! I mention this in an email and they basically tell me tough luck, your sweater is in production, thanks for your patience.
So I do not receive the new sweater in time for any parties, I don't get it by Christmas. Today is Jan. 5,2018, still no new sweater and now they won't respond to my emails.
I asked them for a refund, they said it's too late, we can't issue you a refund for the mistake THEY made.
These guys are crooks, save your money, time and headaches. It's really not worth it, especially spending $50 on a sweater! I could've gone to Walmart and got one for $10. I now know for the future.

I ordered 2 shirts for our son-in-law who is a retired Captain in the Marine Corp. I admit that I ordered the wrong size and one he just didn't care for. We had agreed we would re-order the right size for him since it was a Christmas gift. I was bluntly told these were custom orders and not returnable and to see their return policy link. Who looks at links at Christmas and when submitting an order for the hardest person on your Christmas list? That being said, I would never order from this company again. I will check with my son-in-law to see if there is another website he prefers, although he has a lot of the shirts from this company. Needs better customer service!

Got this for my man and he LOVED it! Fit him perfect, very soft and comfy. Not sure if he loved the t-shirt more or the fact that a veteran run website was supported in this purchase! Will absolutely purchase from your company again, no doubt, and spread the word to friends.
Bought a Christmas t-shirt - very overpriced (nearly $40 including shipping), but liked the design, so went ahead. Received the shirt and it sized small - e-mailed the company asking about how to return and replace for a larger size, to which they replied:
"Thank you for getting back to us. Per our store policy, once we fulfilled, shipped and delivered your item as per your order we can no longer replace/exchange it. Please refer to our store policy link: https://www.aafnation.com/pages/refund-returns
We appreciate your understanding."
I was not asking for shipping to be paid or any other special requests - merely to exchange the shirt for one that fit. To that, AAF was 100% unaccommodating. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a Disney shirt that popped up as an ad on my instagram. I loved the shirt so I clicked on it, scrolled a bit and liked a bunch of their other Halloween/ seasonal stuff. I purchased the shirt and when it arrived it had the American AF logo on the sleeve. I didnt like that. I went on their website and saw a bunch of merchandise insulting me and like minded people to me. I wouldnt have been so insulted if there was merchandise insulting me and my opposite beliefs. But ultimately I was pissed that I had given money to a company that supports a fascist, greedy society. This company donates a chunk of its money to our Vets, which I love the idea of. But lets just be clear: I love our troops and our vets and I support them fully but I dont have to be conservative or love our President to do so. Lesson learned folks: do your full background research on a company before supporting them. Thanks, but Ill comrinue to donate time and money to veterans elsewhere.
