I signed up to advertise my property on this site, to date never received any booking, other than what appeared to be fake name like ads/ Giselle. Or person requesting dates that are already booked with other site. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice Shame on me.

This site begs for business and promises that enquiries will be forthcoming or if not will give you 100% money back. Guess what, very few enquiries forthcoming. No refund available. No replies to any e-mails when asking for the refund.
They promised the calander would be linked to our other sites, VRBO etc but they are not linked, therefore guests are trying to book property thinking that it is available when it is not.
Stay clear of this site owners and guests!

A1VACATIONHOMES is managing my property for quite a time. They are best in their work. I highly recommend them.

I'd give this company ten stars if I could. I advertise my rental property on Weneedavacation.com and on one of the enormous, soulless horrible sites that have its tentacles everywhere and strangling anything and anyone that gets in its way. I get excellent guests from WNAV, amazing, personal customer service, almost zero risks of fraud (owner tells me not one incident of it in 15 years of operation), and they let the owner and the traveler manage their own rental transaction together, not some computer. The Big Guys are cancer on the vacation rental Web site industry. Go with the small gems, the small boutique Web sites that cater only to the area to which you are traveling, like weneedavacation.com (Cape Cod, MA). Weneedavacation.com is how vacation rental Web sites should be. A wonderful company.

I'm advertising my property with A1VacationHomes for the last couple of months and I have to say I got some inquiries. I'm yet to get my first booking from that site but I was skeptical initially whether they are visible for the renters or not but the inquiries have given me hope. I need more and more sites to work the same way as this site is trying and I'm expecting just 2 bookings for this year from this site and the annual subscription will be paid off. They gave me a great discount as they were running a promotion and it seems so far so good.
