Fantastic service. Initially I ordered a frameset from 700, when I found it hard to source a number of compatible parts to complete the build I cantacted 700 and they quickly got what I needed from suppliers. They also got hold of cable guides that were missing from the frame, at no extra cost, and provided great advice on selecting quality parts to complete the build. A local bike shop that is able to offer its great service across the country.
Having spoken with customer services to check stock availability and coming across a problem with the online system I contacted customer services. My problem was resolved very quickly and was informed that my shoes were in the post. Really excellent and speedy service. Thank you. I have my shoes.

I could not use 700 as there was no option for delivery to Australia. Using UK sites is pretty standard practice for us in Aus- you will be missing out on custom especially for brands such as Q36.5 which are currently unavailable here.
My order arrived within 3 days. Very satisfied with price and service.
