The items I ordered were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately one part was not fit for purpose and 7hundred offset the cost against an alternative solution and quickly sorted this out for me. The customer service was great. Despite being disappointed by the part the support service from 7hundred restored my faith in them for future purchases.

First time user of the the online shopping at 7hundred...superb, super fast postage, expertly packaged up and arrived with no issues ahead of anticipated time!
Had a couple of queries pre purchase and Dave responded quickly with great honest feedback, keeping me, my needs and my budget in mind...definitely use again :)

Having spoken with customer services to check stock availability and coming across a problem with the online system I contacted customer services. My problem was resolved very quickly and was informed that my shoes were in the post. Really excellent and speedy service. Thank you. I have my shoes.

I could not use 700 as there was no option for delivery to Australia. Using UK sites is pretty standard practice for us in Aus- you will be missing out on custom especially for brands such as Q36.5 which are currently unavailable here.

My order arrived within 3 days. Very satisfied with price and service.

Easy to use website, fast delivery with no problems. I will use again in future.

Stocked both items Giant items that Giant themselves didn't have so really useful. Quick delivery and rewards points a real bonus.
