I've been a listener for like 5months now been a member since like a year, the experience is really amazing the support i got from this platform omg this really requires real attention, it helped me a lot when my mental health was at stake now im giving it back being a listener listening to people, because our feelings and emotions matter so much they really hold so much weight and we all need a shoulder, a ear its really damn okay to go through certain times in life but it is not okay to stay there for a longtime this platform taught me and helped me so much, Thank you so much 7 Cups!
I have come across this website recently and it drastically had a positive impact on my life overnight. Its amazing. There are caring and trustworthy people I can reach out to when ever I am feeling down. I think more people should join this community and help people smile.
I was able to chat with a volunteer "listener", who cleared up my issues and made me feel supported, all for free, within a matter of minutes of logging on to this website. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends.
7 cups is an amazing site where people can find emotional support no matter what time so 24/7. Many people on this world do not have access to emotional support for different reasons, one of them is that their finances do not allow them to get therapy. This site is mainly free, only therapists will charge a minimum fee, chatting with a trained listener is at no cost, also the various activities offered. The site simply helps those who want get helped and improve their life.
My goal is the be the best life coach I can be. I get to practice my skills here. And feel like I am making a positive mark in the world, one chat at a time.

I have found 7 cups a couple of months ago while I was facing the new situation with the pandemic and the lock down. This app helped me connect with trained listeners that, although were not able to offer advice, were willing to listen to my problems.
I am currently a trained listener and I believe that this app is amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to find someone to talk to or help others handle their situation.

Pretty darned good for a free therapy site. I have only 1 listener try to funnel me to get paid counselling services through the site. There was this one listener who was very belittling to me about procrastination on my Master's studies homework. There was this other listener that just started the chat with the word "explain." But aside from that, the vast majority of listeners are kind and friendly. I would give this site a 4 out of 5 stars. AS far as those other bad listeners goes, we can always report them. What you sow, you reap.
It really helps so much being able to talk to someone willing to listen. And the community is so positive i love it!
7Cups is a great way to connect with others and get emotional support for free. There are many subcommunities you can join and many discussions about all sorts of topics. They also have free self-help guides and an extensive library of mindfulness tracks.
If you are feeling lonely and just need a friendly chat, please do yourself a favour and just try this site. I used to express my emotions in... unhealthy ways. Now I have a new option.

Its a beautiful platform that enables solidarity among people no matter where they are. Im personally thankful about how much this has helped me throughout the years.
