I booked a package through this travel agent. Once i paid for the package they changed my hotels to lesser quality put me in a tripe room instead of 2 dounle rooms which i paid for and they did not give me the difference back.

Kept ringing me to book a package once we agreed price for the tickets they pit in wrong personal flight details cancelled the ticket and issued a new one making me pay more. We agreed £450 for the flight then after re issue they charged me 510 even though one ticket was changed then i had a look online the exact same ticket was 370. They said you paid for the package and we can change it at any time. So upset they said we are giving your money back laughing on the phone. They kept cutting the phone the manager wss soooo rude he put the phone dwn saying il phone you back in 5 minutes then he left the building telling the other agents dont talk to him and dont attend his calls.

They are forcing me to accept lower quality hotels and still charging me for the expensive ones i paid saying they dont deal with the hotels they agreed upon. When asked why they said they could arrange it iftikhar said i didnt know.

Also when the other hotels were agreed they emailed me stating they can not provide them hotels then stopped picking up my calls and replying to my texts i dont know what to do

Booked a umrah package for my parents from 7 continental and i feel Shoaib served me very well and i appriecate the way he took care of everything my parents were provided a very nice hotel in Medina and very comfortable, but unfortunately was a little disappointed with the hotel in Makkah as i was told its a 5* but was not up to the standard. Overall i am bery thankful to Shoaib as a first timer he helped me alot with the whole package.

At first he was sceptical with all the hotels provided and other services which were included in the package.
Alhamdulillah from leaving Heathrow until our return we could not fault the service provided.
The transport service provided was very good and efficient.
We were not sure about Hotel Anjum which is quite a new hotel but the hotel was situated very close to Haram Sharif and close to all amenities. Breakfast was also very good especially with 5 kids of different ages.

I'm in the process of booking umraah for 14 people all agreed at initial stages however booking has changed with demand on payments and changes to datesm Very very Poor customer service I have never dealt with rude people who do not acknowledge their fault and honour their agreements. Really annoyed that the level of service is very Poor, manager, talks over you and stipulates the oppsites of his staff and comes out with different guidelines and processes they have to follow. I would definitely not recommend this travel agent. Look for someone who is loyal and honour good customer service and not retract what they agree. Be careful already a victim to there service. Poor

We went to Mecca in January 2017
We have booked Dar al eman ajayyad hotel but when we went there they said no room in this hotel booking is in Dar al eman grand hotel. We were in Ahraam and had to perform Umra it was 11pm, we didn't have any option left, We have baby with us and we have to walk around 20-25 min to go to haram.
We also have some problem with transport at airport I don't think I will book again any trip through this company. With baby we have struggled alot

LIARS! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. They promised and charged us for 5* in makkah and 4* in madinah. But the hotel in madinah wasnt even 2* DAR AL EIMAN GRAND They had their stars removed because of the very poor standards and service they provide customers. The pictures on their website are 20 year old pictures which they use to trick you into booking with them. We originally booked a suite room with 2 bedrooms but they were so cramped and didnt even have a fridge or wardrobe in them. Even the bathroom lights were not working. We had no choice but to downgrade for one quad room which had more space in it but was no better. The hotel would not give us any other room until they had spoken to our agents 7 continents, but they wouldnt answer our calls or even reply to our emails so we were stuck with that room. The quad room was filthy. The lamps were not working and the lamps didnt even have plugs on them, just bare wires. The safe was not working, we had to keep all our valuables on us at all times for a whole week. The bathroom sink was cracked, the fridge was filthy and unusable, the kettle had all rust inside it. The wardrobe draw was broken and not closing or opening properly. I have photos of all these things. When we tried to contact 7 continents but they never even answered our calls or even bother to call us back to sort out the mess they had left us in. Even after booking and paying the deposit later we were told that the prices have gone up now so we need to pay another £350 or change to a lower star hotel. Thats why we changed from 5* to 4* in madinah but when we got to madinah we found out after looking at the hotel that this cant be 4*. We done some asking around and found out that the hotel use to be 4* years ago but now is only 2*, I wouldnt even give 7 continents one star but thats the minimum i have to select. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

I have given them a one star on the basis of my story... please read all and make up your mind
I was looking for a cheap umrah package which in the long run cost more extra...
My friend the travel agent was on holiday otherwise would never have risked it... I read all the previous bad reviews and still decided to risk it thinking it's cheap I don't mind a cheaper hotel as love spending my time in Haram and Masjid e Nabawi zaadallahu sharafan... Ok to be fair we had a lot of double mindedness about who was going and who was not... Never do last minute jobs... Never even consider them unless you are local to them... I live in Birmingham... In the end 4 adults and one child was decided but then we had to get immunisation certificates... 1st problem was I paid the 200 pounds deposit otherwise would have cancelled... As didn't want to loose that money... It was halal hard work earned money that I was not throwing away a... 2nd I went in as was afraid the visa will not get done on time so travelled to London to give the passport... Got a parking ticket there too... when the payment was made which was more than originally quoted... found out booked all 5 people in one 4 people room... They said the child is not counted. With non-mehrum members together in one room... Will update you on that when I get there as only just in the cheapest airline middle eastern on my way to Saudi after a stop in Lebanon... there is no transport or food included... if I had just not thought to save money... Which I am not... As will end up paying more... I paid over £600 per person and £700 I found after the deposit included breakfast and transport and no hotel room problem... tried to change dates spent in each city and was told is to expensive... All this because I was sending my mum and brother from Pakistan on Umrah and needed to help my mum as they were first timers...

How can they improve... they can stop lying! Sold me a holiday package saying the hotel was a 4 star but I would not recommend it as even a 3 star. I checked online to see reviews of the hotel and it said the hotel was on a steep hill. When I asked Nadeem the booking agent he said it was only a few steps. Again a LIE. I had elderly people with me and it was such a struggle. When we got to the hotel he had managed to mess up that booking aswell. I ended up having to spend the night with my family in one room and two of the elderly people in the adjoining room with absolutely no privacy which is not what I asked for at all. Shocking - I am do angry at this awful company. DO NOT USE!

I was trying to book a ummra package for 4 people, which included my disabled mother. Initially quoted a cheap price and asked for depoist. Once I had given the depoist, that's when the lies started. They would never honor what they had said. It was always a different story everytime I spoke to them. They were trying to get more money from me then what they had quoted at the beginning. Liars and cheats. Stay away from this company.

I made a booking with them, had to cancel original booking due to a bereavement in the family. I did travel but earlier than planned. However, BA was able to accept my reason and cancel without loosing the deposit. 7 continental sat on the money by claiming the airline took it. This us over a year I am yet to receive the balance of my money. Phone calls were not respected neither responded to emails. The manage is always in a meeting irregardless of the time of the day.
I can't recommend them. Incidentally the very first sales person I dealt with me wooed my heart and got a very good service until he left then everything became a mess.

I have used the 7 continents travel agency before. I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY LOVE 7 continents travel. Every trip I have planned through 7 continents travel has been excellent to say the least. I recommend 7 continents travel to every traveler I come across. I will continue to use 7 continents travel to plan my annual vacations. Thanks so much!, i knew some one we have family relation with them they booked a Ummrah package with the sub branch of 7 continents travel they told us that services were awesome and now we are also planning to book a Umarah with them because they are reliable.
