I ordered chicken, fries and biscuits from KFC. I received no chicken. 2 biscuits out of the 4 I ordered and mashed potatoes I didn't order. Obviously the driver did not check the order.
I was about to return the Roku but then decided to call the free number located with the paper work that comes with it. Glad I did all issues fixed and now I can watch my favorite channels on nights that I can't sleep in bed!

The expert I had today was A M A Z I N G! His name is Joel. He really helped me out with alot more the just the issue I was having booking an Uber. He gave me all kinds of really good resources and ways to save a lil extra cash for something you are gonna use anyway... He sat in the phone with while waiting for an app to download (which was taking forever) he told me how to free up ALOT of my data I burn up n run out of every month n the apps I do need to download won't take forever. Great guy, great idea. Definitely for anyone who needs help doing literally anything technical or otherwise, they ll walk u through step by step n pressure or feeling rushed. Very cutting edge and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, not something you find alot of these days. Joel gets 12/10 from me. He made my day... I'm still in a positive, up beat energy... Thanks ya6 your experts are top notch n easy to work with!
Although it took a few minutes for me to get going in the proper direction and then wait my turn to get expert help, once I did, it was time well spent. The first vet took his time listing to me, clarifying and then asking questions, before coming up with a treatment plan for my dog. Almost immediately after I finished that consultation, another vet called to make sure that I had been taken care of, if I had any additional questions and or concerns, and if she could be of additional help to me for my dog. Now, that is what I call customer service. Thank you.
Dean said he would reverse the $49 charge since I didn't know I was being charged I hope that is true. I thought I was calling Uber to make a complaint I didn't know I was going to be charged

I was overcharged by Uber for $20 I was in the uber app trying to figure out how to dispute it. This box pops up for 6ya I'm thinking it's still uber because I never left app next thing I know my account is debited another $50 So I immediately contact them to say I don't want this and need my money. Now they are saying I used the service so I'm out my money. Not trust worthy company
Due to having to cancel a credit card I had to call several accounts to give them a new card number. After several calls one experience involved two calls and an hour total. I had one more account to call that was Roku. This was the best experience I had I was connected with Andrew and he had my question answered and another problem resolved within minutes. Best experience I had in dealing with support providers. Great Job Andrew.
She was patient it took an hour and a half. I couldn't believe the time she put in. She was the only one that resolved my problem. I tried many times with others and nothing got done. I thank her very much.
