The selection of products is really impressive. You can always find clothes or shoes you need with discount. One of my favorite online outlets.
Been using 6PM off and on for years with no problems. But the last order I placed, for almost $150, never arrived. Of course I checked with my neighbors, etc. Called Customer Service and told them - that package never arrived, even though the status said Delivered.
They quickly admitted that they have a new delivery service and have had problems. They refunded me immediately.
I am rating them 3 stars because I am concerned about this happening again. But the discounts are worth another try!

1)They answer to email massages very rare (I would be glad if it would be solved)
2)Taking money from a credit card not at ones (so in result when they want to take you may not have that much money in your card already)
3)variations in prices (it would be nice from you to message us via mail when the good we wanted to buy is about to be raised in price)
NOW PLUSES
1)Very good pricing in 80% moments
2)They deliver the goods in right time
3)I have never had experience of "used shoe" or "knock off" or "sent a wrong size"
4)Very cool and usable site

When you order from 6pm, at least using the free-shipping option, what they completely fail to tell you is that it's anyone's guess as to when they'll actually fill your order, which isn't included in the shipping time.
That, in my book, is being entirely dishonest!
But wait, there's more! They're more than happy, of course, to charge your card the split-second that the order's placed despite not providing any obvious info as to the fact that they'll take their sweet time to actually fill the order.
So typical in today's business climate!

I received the wrong color of shoes I had ordered. I called the customer service phone number and their response to me could not have been better. Full refund, sent me a return label so no shipping charges either way. They were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing to improve on here... will order from them again.

I saw a lot of negative reviews. Almost makes me wonder if they were posted by competitors since the Dr Martens boots I ordered for my girlfriend were brand new and perfect. From what I can tell, they are just selling previous years version of shoes. Box was stamped with a manufacture date of 2015. But what normal person would care about that? Still Brand new! Shipping was as promised and on time. Will definitely do more business with 6pm.com

Their customer service is terrible. I emailed them days ago and still haven't gotten a response about my order. They have my money and now they're not responding. And my order has been processing for like 3 days and I'd like to know why.

Have bought from 6pm over the past few years and my experience has been skewed towards the disappointing end. Just received a pair of Grasshopper sandals that were cheaper looking than anything even at Walmart. Realizing I would be paying to ship, I tried to give them away to friends and family with no takers. I could have bought these $32 shoes for only $3 more at Amazon and free shipping. Instead, I just paid USPS $14 to get rid of them. Inconsistent quality, high shipping rates to/from, no bargains here.
What website that sells shoe that does not offer free return and return label. Got to jump through hoops, do this do that before sending it back. Worse of all, you have to pay the return shipping.

I have a large foot for a woman. A size 13 isn't something I can pick-up at a locale shoe store, unless I purchase men's shoes. It works for hiker's and tennis shoes other wise not so much. Those types of shoes don't work well with dress clothing. I've been shopping with 6PM for 10 yrs. Now and I've always been pleased with my purchases. I suggest you give them a try!

Bought Coach sneakers and 2 Steve Madden bags. They where al fakes. Plastic, uncomfortable, badly made, low quality. Never buying or recommending this site. It's a hoax!
After accidentally shredding the invoice from shoes ordered from 6pm.com, I determined that the shoes werent a good fit. What a breath of fresh air to talk with someone who truly listened to my problem. Within moments an email was on the way to me with a printable return address label and instructions for the return. Also, they refunded not only for the item, but shipping fees. Both ways! In addition, they gave me a $15 credit on future purchases. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me, because he was very professional and helpful.
I recently ordered a pair of short, black Frye boots that appeared to be a shiny, clean black leather in the photo on 6pm's website. I was so dissapointed when I opened the box to see a pair of dull black boots with what appeared to be mud-like markings all over the toe and throughout the boot. They appear very dirty and look more like a rain boot. I also couldn't even get them on my foot. Returning them immediately.
