Before I barely lose any pound when doing my diet until I found The 3 Week Diet which really fasten my diet, with just 2 weeks I lose 15 pounds and I never expect it would be that fast!
I doubt this weight loss program at first, thinking I'll get the same result from other weight loss but I prove myself wrong when I lose 19 pounds in just 10 days! I couldn't believe how great this weight loss program is.

But the diet worked...
Phase I- Day 1 was tough, just rabbit food.
Days 2-4 a little better I used 1 shake (not his) and 1 meat.
Days 5-7 I used 2 shakes and 1 meal
(It was the weekend and shakes fit better into my schedule on the road).
Phase II Day 8 I fasted 24 hrs (scale minus 7 lbs) **woot**
Phase III - I did it for the whole 7 days. This is harder than it looks easting all the fat but after 3 days I was unusually full or satiated basically all day (tons of energy) (scale total minus 16lbs)
Phase IV where I am still based on the B. M. R. Calculations has me on day 30 (minus 31 lbs)
In my opinion, 99% of all these reviews for this diet website are all fake and forged by the owners of the website/company. All the reviews say basically the same thing, but worded slightly different than the previous one. I would be very leary about signing up with this diet website!
The 3 Week Diet has done for me what no personal trainer can do! I lost over 30 lbs in 3 weeks with the 3 week diet! You couldn't pick a better prorgram than the 3 week diet! Crazy!
