Works great. Few things that are negative. One of the drain valves is so close to the floor, there's no way you can hook up the hose to drain the unit. I had to raise the unit up 18 inches inorder to drain. Another thing, which is my fault for not reading the discription, is that this isn't energy star compliant. When the temp is reached in the room, I can hear the air conditioner stop but the air stays on. That's about it. Other then that, It works great...Still love it and it's still a great buy.
This is the second portable A/C I have purchased from you. The first one is in the family cabin and works great. I look forward to using this one in my camper this summer. Your prices and info are great!

This was an easy purchase. I got a great ice maker and the price was excellent and I got within 2 days.
I ordered a shredder with some hesitation. Got the product fast, but it was not the right product for me. Contacted three gorillas and was told to send an email. Got a response that a technician will call. Said "oh-oh, here comes the BS". No- I just got a return tag, and a few nice emails. They got the returned package this morning and informed me of the refund before noon

What's Not To Like?
Everything was outstanding upon delivery, but there was one issue. The plug that goes into the wall was bent completely flat (all 3 prongs. I used pliers to straighten the plugs out and it works fine.
