They were extremely unprofessional and rude they treat you as subhuman when they're on the phone with you and or face-to-face they believe they're above the law instead of maintaining the law and it's extremely upsetting and disrespectful they don't inform you when something has changed even though they have your personal information and when it comes to scheduling they don't keep to their own scheduling when it comes to fighting a ticket they automatically try to make you the bad guy even when you prove that you're correct. There is corruption in this building and needs to be wheeled out.
