Looks difficult to create your own design but it is actually simple. You will be able to see your design at check out. But not until then, no previewing it as it is being created.
I will be honest and say that the cup itself was exactly what I was looking for. The problem was that I paid for rush shipping and rush production and they did not do their part to let me know they could not accomodate the design I wanted. I had to reach out to them in order to find out my order was just sitting in pre-production. I never received any empathy or good customer service. A quick apology or some general niceness would have saved a bad review and a customer. Not only did I have to reach out, redesign and resubmit, but they also charged me ADDITIONAL shipping for the product because I needed it a day earlier. No fees waived. No apology. No niceness. Wish they did better business because the cups were nice and I could use a printing company in the future.
