Product is definitely no more than a thin piece of stretchy material. Completely insufficient to be used as a facemask for protection.
Ordered 04-09-20. Paid almost $25 extra for speedy delivery. Received product 04/28/20. Not good service!

Excellent experience and great customer service.
I will not order from them again. Their ordering process is misleading and their customer service just refers to their terms of service but does nothing to help. They didn't even apologize until I said something.
We needed face masks on a timeline and their website made it look like we could get them with 7 days production time and then 1 day rush shipping. This was incorrect. The face masks showed up 8 business days late and then they charged us for rush shipping but sent it ground. They did issue a credit after I asked.

The masks are poor quality and were not worth purchasing. They work better as a backing of another mask. However, they are useless if worn alone.
