I was impressed with the ease of the ordering process.
However, I am left a little disgruntled with how you handle customer service issues. When I ordered 500 wristbands, there was an offer to receive 200 FREE wristbands with my order. Apparently, I forgot to check the box as I thougth the additional 200 would be automatically shipped. When I called customer service to see if I could get the 200 wristbands added, I was told that I could not unless I canceled and reordered the entire order.
Also, when I received the wristbands I noticed that they were not as I expected. I order a wrist band with two colors and expected the verbiage on the wrist bands to be printed as they were shown online when I typed in the message. They were not all printed the same.
They are fine and probably no one will even notice but as the orderer, I didn't have my expectations met.
Extremely quick production/delivery time and wristbands turned out great! I will definitely use 24hourwristbands.com again in the future.

In placing the rush order i was fearful that i would receive it by the promised date as we had a bad experience with a photo book in the past with a different company. However, I placed the order on Monday and received the buttons on Thursday afternoon. Very satisfied and would use this company again.

I ordered 2 buttons not 2 copies of 2 buttons, but that's probably my bad. I exited and had to start my order over, but I guess the 1st one DID work. That's FOUR! But oh well. I was satisfied with everything else. I liked the price especially, and I loved that you made easy to contact 24hourwristbands at any time in the process. I liked the wide variety of products as well. I was highly satisfied and will recommend this site to anyone in need of a similar product.
